The first implementation was the attendance with geo-tagging feature. I think it was a smart feature to begin with. And it provides a lot of alternatives as well in case our routines change from time to time. We can also take pictures to be saved as evidence in the app itself. I think they have really thought it through in terms of what we need, and they provide the best solution for us. Pros I can manage my time more efficiently and it helps my team to reduce manual administrative tasks. What took hours or even days to do, now takes seconds to do. It helps my team to recap data easily and take care of our payroll too. Basically, almost all our daily operations are done using Mekari products now. Cons Seeing Talenta improve since the first day we used it is a convincing proof to me that it is going to perform even wider types of tasks in the future. Since we are in the education industry, I believe there are a lot of opportunities for Mekari Talenta to help cover tasks that can be done for us and our clients too.
