Pros

The payroll feature is easy to use and easy to the amend as well

Cons

The Journal, few times there are diff calculation between SIPP dan Talenta The Customer Support lately is also hard to access - more crowd I assume

Mekari Talenta has been so helpful to support employee HR administrative and saves most of our time in business as usual

Pros

Mekari Talenta provides most of the employee administration things that we normally have to submit via paperwork to HR. This is so revolutionare.

Cons

Despites its useful feature, there might be the case where somehow we couldnt optimize the other features maybe because of the addon pricing associated to the subscription
