Emotion AI (sentiment analysis) and the ease of externalisation of LKE make it stand apart.

Cons

The versions we used clearly required a significant investment in improving the solution's UX layer.

Easy to use, delivers the desired results with high level of accuracy.

Pros

It's ability to extract texts from a document based on provided input criteria, reasonably fast and high level of accuracy (almost 100%).

Cons

We tested it only for extraction of text with specific key words and expressions from document files, not for its other features, therefore can't comment on those features.

Apart from information extraction, the other notable features include document comparison and semantic search. In semantic search AI techniques are used to search documents based on concepts rather than key words. You are welcome to try out these new features on another free trial.

The LearnITy Knowledge Engine with changes as required can be used in different areas of Businesses like FinTech, Nuclear Technology, Health Science, Insurance and Retail.

Pros

Demonstration of POC is always done by LearnITY, then after the order is placed, bug free software is supplied by the company within very reasonable time. It had emerged out of continuous R&D effort of 18 years and continuously upgrading with Emerging new IT Technologies time to time to its present form.

Cons

The Company of LearnITY insists in making demonstration as POC instead of making a universal model even when we can afford to pay more.

Reasons for choosing LearnITy Knowledge Engine

R&D oriented Software Product, design of each small bit has been taken care of. Can be tailor made to the customer requirement. Less human interaction is needed using Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence. If needed Chat Bots can be provided as per requirement.

Pros

Its Natural Language Processing ability. The feature for setting up the glossary or taxonomy which can be very domain specific.

Cons

The UI has scope of improvement. In its current form, I felt, it is not very user friendly. The navigation is very technical oriented and not business oriented. There will be a learning curve for its users, which will be mostly technical folks. Although not tested thoroughly, its scalability is doubtful.
