From the sales team being generally helpful and wonderful to work with, to the implementation team that was available in case we needed any assistance. **Pros:** How simple it is to get setup and going. We needed a quick solution using on premise infrastructure we already had. The integration with SCCM was beautiful and simple to setup. Allowing us to quickly deploy and maintain a simple, easy patching solution. **Cons:** The reporting side of things requires an additional setup, and is not natively built into the install. Would like to see improvements their for on-premises patchmypc deployments, but this was a minor gripe on an overall great product. **Alternatives Considered:** [Qualys Cloud Platform](https://www.capterra.com/p/82971/QualysGuard-Enterprise/) and [ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus](https://www.capterra.com/p/179288/Patch-Manager-Plus/) **Reasons for Choosing Patch My PC:** Cost was a major factor for us, and the overall interaction with sales staff, implementation staff took part in us choosing PatchMyPC over competitors. Appreciate the feedback on reporting for on-prem deployments. You're right. Advanced Insights, our reporting product for ConfigMgr environments, does require a separate setup today. We know there's room to make that experience more seamless, and it's something we're actively looking at. Also love hearing that the sales and implementation teams made a strong impression. We did have some teething issues that went on for some time which were frustrating to say the least, however, these have now been resolved with the team developing the app and releasing into new updates. **Pros:** The amount of time it saves me on a weekly basis is incredible. Also, the support is top notch and they put the time in to look into the problem and to resolve. **Cons:** Only having one instance of PMPC running at any one time can get a little frustrating and you have to wait your turn if you require to do some work on it and someone else has it open on the same server.
