Highly recommend it. These guys are just geniuses in how they have managed to make my SCCM and Intune life so much easier.

Pros

How easily does it integrate with SCCM and Intune? You can deploy an app with ease. Very simple when you get the hang of it. The integration with Intune is even greater. The ability to import custom apps with just a few clicks. From day one I have just loved how Patch My PC has made our lives so much easier and that you can rely on it 100%. Absolutely love this product.

Cons

A little bit complicated to set up and learn to use it right.

Overall, Patch My PC is an industry leader in application patching. If you're seeking the services that Patch My PC offers, they're dollar for dollar the most practical investment a company could make. Everything else the provide is just icing on the cake.

Pros

Patch My PC is excellent at doing what it's advertised to do - Patching your pc. It offers a fairly robust catalogue of applications, the team is very responsive and knowledgeable, and the customer service is absolutely second to none. Their documentation is top-tier, and the effort they put into their product stands out above other vendors.

Cons

Extended features of secondary products, while perfectly functional in most features, in a sense leave some things to be desired and lack depth in customization that a majority of users won't even know they're missing. Any issue I have with PMPC isn't about what they're already doing - it's about what they could do in addition to the excellent services they already provide, and I feel that is a great problem for PMPC to have.

Mainly price, if the Intune Suite were cheaper, we wouldn't have considered Patch My PC at all. If Patch My PC were able to provide a feature similar to EPM - or a feature similar where we could allow end users administrative rights on demand, similar to admin by request, we may never leave PMPC.

We had a wonderful experience with patchmypc. From the sales team being generally helpful and wonderful to work with, to the implementation team that was available in case we needed any assistance.

Pros

How simple it is to get setup and going. We needed a quick solution using on premise infrastructure we already had. The integration with SCCM was beautiful and simple to setup. Allowing us to quickly deploy and maintain a simple, easy patching solution.

Cons

The reporting side of things requires an additional setup, and is not natively built into the install. Would like to see improvements their for on-premises patchmypc deployments, but this was a minor gripe on an overall great product.

Fantastic, it has saved me so much time and headspace, as well as makes application management so very simple.

Pros

How simple it is to manage my Intune company portal and build a software catalogue. The functionality to add updates and quickly take all apps your deploy and cover them for rolling updates is great.

Cons

Some apps arent covered and are unable to be added due to odd rules like having more that 5 digits in parts of their version numbers.

### "Makes complicated tasks simple"

There are not many tools that make your life easier in the IT world, Patch My PC is one. From the initial demo that we had, to the questions we've asked to the support everything has been perfect.

Pros

It makes application packaging that can be complicated really simple. We have had the tool for a couple of months and already its beginning to save to us time. Its really great knowing that applications are continually updated. From the initial demo to the support has been 1st class.

Cons

PMPC Cloud is lacking in features compared to the initial publisher. Some of the choices and explanation around update rings have been confusing.

My overall experience with Patch My PC is very positive for the moment, the support is quite responsive despite the fact that we are not in the same time zone Ultimately, it is a tool that does the job and is well integrated with MS Intune

Pros

What I liked most about Patch My PC was its simplicity and efficiency. The user interface is intuitive, which makes managing software updates incredibly easy. In addition, the ability to update multiple applications with a single click is a considerable time saver. I also appreciate the regularity of the updates offered, which guarantees that my software is always up to date and secure. Finally, the customer support is responsive and always ready to help when needed.

Cons

What I liked least about Patch My PC is that some updates can sometimes fail without clear explanation. The interface, although intuitive, is still basic and advanced options would be welcome.

We only use PMPC cloud. We did test with the publisher initially, but decided to go for the cloud even if that was still in preview. But our simple cloud-only setup worked super well with the cloud.

Pros

It lives up to its reputation (it's very highly tought of on Reddit) in both product, tech and PMPC team have been nothing but great.

Cons

Lack of Mac support. But they are working on it, but this is our biggest problem so far.

to date it has been a really positive experience, I would recommend that you reach out to Patch My PC. They offer competitive pricing and will work with you to set it up if you need it!

Pros

I really love the dynamic rules for patching; if there is a zero-day patch, my rules to implement that patch are forceful, and Patch My PC pushes and enforces that patch immediately. If it is a smaller update, the rules will be less forceful. I never have to check that it does its job because I have seen it perform reliably every time!

Cons

I'd like to see a webUI instead of an installable application.

The installation and initial setup is very easy! Connecting to Intune is very simple, though connecting to SCCM takes a little more work. Once those steps are done though, it's very easy to get started patching new products!

Pros

Love the automation of non-MS software installs and updates. This has saved us countless hours and drastically reduced vulnerabilities.

Cons

The UI is a little clunky, sometimes almost too simple. But it's easy to learn and get used to. Definitely not something that I consider a big issue.

Overall I am very glad we started using PMPC and the experience has been great.

Pros

The deployment experience has been great, and the fact that you can force updates on machines just if an app is installed, without even having to push it out or make it available is super useful. Support has also been very responsive; usually within an hour in my experience.

Cons

We are using the SaaS option and the thing I am missing most is having device visibility inside of the PMPC portal around whether or not a device has actually had a specific software updated and to what version. I can use Intune to get that information though.

The support is really friendly and productiv. The Software is good to use and easy to understand. The time you win from using patchmypc is much more worth it than it cost. Overall its a really good software and I like to use it and dont want to miss it in my work enviroment.

Pros

The Software is easy to use and makes my life as a administrator much easier. It was fast installed and is easy to debugg if something is not working. Also if something goes wrong, the support is really good.

Cons

Some menus are hidden and not intuitve like the "overwrite dependencies on update" but i found it also after a time.

Setup was easy then we started with Intune on the whole company. Got alot of support and help for Troubleshooting Intune errors that didnt have anything to do with PMP after we checked it. Now it runs without much mangement time.

Pros

The Support and pure function of the product is very good and stable. Saves so much time and work!

Cons

We currently have no problems with PatchMyPc

Patch My PC delivers on its promise of simplifying third-party patch management in a corporate environment, offering an intuitive, streamlined approach that saves time. We use it as the primary tool to drive down patch vulnerabilities to an acceptable number. This has saved many hours each month manually reviewing and manually forcing patches.

Pros

Ease of use, once set up, it's automated 24/7. Great responsive support. It supports a comprehensive range of software and it continues to add more. This platform is cost-effective and reduces the ever-growing security vulnerabilities found on a daily basis. This is used with InTune. Now we can get on with the other stuff!

Cons

There is nothing that sticks out as we are mainly a Windows environment, and this fills that gap well.

Pros

It gets the work done without much interventions. You can deploy or patch complex apps some with have to use custom scripts and Patch my PC support all that.

Cons

Support could be better when things get difficult outside hours.

### ""Time and Money Saver!!!""

user friendly, fast, time saver, and gives lots control to app deployments. Still need many feature that can very helpful, like deploy multiple version of same app, as requirement are different for end users.

Pros

Patch My PC has an extensive catalog, superb integration with Intune, and a fantastic support team! You just check a few boxes of the apps you want to patch and within 2-3 minutes apps are in Intune. It is highly customizable yet still effortless to use. I am able to create automation for my app deployments.

Cons

The documentation can have more examples on how to use certain functions. Lack certain basic features like icons or sync flexibility like "sync every two weeks". If you switch tabs you have scroll again to go back to which app you were on. if you accidentally uncheck an app and recheck it, it resets all the settings for that app. Assignment done on Intune does now show up in PMYPC, yet it has the rights and does to scan of Intune. i'd like to see these features but nothing major dislike. Oh yeah, we need MAC!!! support, that will be a major Win.

Pros

I've used Patch My PC at multiple organizations throughout my career. Each time, we've seen an immediate ROI due to the time savings, security risk mitigation, and overall level of effort reduction surrounding application packaging, publishing, and maintenance. This tool makes it simple for anyone to be able to quickly and efficiently deliver applications to your user population. The PMPC support team are helpful, responsive, and always willing to demonstrate solutions to any questions we have. On top of all that, the setup is incredibly simple and takes minimal time to begin publishing apps to your environment. My team uses the tool every day and, well... it just works!

Cons

Nothing! I have no complaints with the tool, company, support, or any aspect of the product.

### "PMP has improved our level of support."

It's been a game-changing experience for us. PMP has quickly become mandatory in our environment.

Pros

The product itself is amazing, but the support and experience surrounding our decision to go with PMP were incredible. There was no pressure, but there was always someone available to answer any questions we might have had.

Cons

I think some areas of the application packaging could be improved, but I'm also incredibly used to doing things the old, manual way. Right now, it's meeting our expectations without a doubt.
