Gracias a este CRM ahora tenemos mucho más controladas todas las acciones que realizamos, tareas, contactos,.....La gestión es mucho más sencilla. Y en cuanto la atención al cliente, un 10.

Me gusta porque es muy intuitivo, y lo pueden adaptar a tus necesidades.

Cons

Quizás me hubiese venido bien algo más de formación al principio, pero es sólo cuestión de utilizarlo y en seguida le coges el truco.

Llevamos muchos años con ellos y tuvimos la version V1, hemos pasado a la version 3 con pago y no cambiaria de empresa, es una empresa muy cerca de sus clientes y siempre encuentran una solución.

Excelente equipo de profesionales, trabajo con su CRM y aporta muchísimas posibilidades, además de la velocidad de implantación de nuevas versiones, mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades. La responsable de Atención al cliente es muy servicial y trabaja con mucha rapidez para redirigir y solucionar tus necesidades.

Pros

La visualización de informes es muy potente. La funcionalidad para acceder a todos los datos relacionados con clientes es muy ágil. La posibilidad de seleccionar desde el histórico de ventas al cliente para hacer pedidos hace más rápido el proceso. Las posibilidades de sincronización entre el ERP y CRM son potentes, además de sincronizaciones con tickets de gastos para agencia tributaria, por ejemplo.

Cons

Tiene desarrollados los módulos de gamificación sobre el uso del CRM, además de módulos de seguimiento de objetivos de facturación por cliente asociados al comercial. Lo que se podría implementar es un global de objetivos de facturación por comercial (no asociado a clientes).
