Pros

I liked the interface and the plethora of video tutorials available on their channel

Cons

I disliked the fact that the tool faced some issues with major Social Media platforms, such as Facebook, which jeopardized its usefulness and made it risky to have it as the major hub for social media management within the company

Pros

I like the fact that Etus not only allows for posting 'automation' (via scheduling, which already is a big deal for small teams that need to solve a problem and them immediately move on to the next) but also has integration with robust 3rd party tools

Cons

At a certain point in time, we felt like asking for help from their customer service team was more difficult than learning by ourselves. Now the grade in the major "complaints" ´portals from Brazil is better, but still is a front in which improvement is welcome.
