For these purpoese it works efficiently. We don't get any downtime related to Cisco secure firewalls. Lifetime of the products is very high. Pros Price is the main criteria. Performance values align with the data sheets. Cisco support is awesome and you can get support 7x24. Lots of purchasing options. Product is solid for Vpn solutions. It's the main business enabler for the covid area. Sourcefire originated IPS works superb. Cons Central management is lacking compared to other vendors. Api support is not superb. There are no innovative features coming with the releases. IPS usage is somehow needs attention. You need to be very carefull enabling the signatures.
