Cons It is quite a learning curve at first - but that's only because it's so good! The design is great, but where there are lots of features, it does take time to learn how it all works. The site isn't very well optimised for mobile - especially with the drop down menus, they are very hard to read. Pros Being able to install and place a loyalty card in a smart phone wallet, such as an iPhone or Android, is a very good idea because it is similar to the feeling of being able to keep a loyalty card in a real wallet.Another very good idea is to be able to send out notifications when you are in front of a store that has Boomerangme services. Cons From a Japanese point of view, I feel the level of support is low.They do not keep their promises to fix the problem by when. They do not apologize for that.It has already been more than 3 months since they promised to complete the correction.There is no contact unless we inquire about it.This support system is not possible in Japan.
