Cons It was hard to actually know how to start to selling to local business but once you start there is no going back, is really fullfilling and becomes a really good business with special perks knowing a lot of business owners on your local area. Pros Being able to install and place a loyalty card in a smart phone wallet, such as an iPhone or Android, is a very good idea because it is similar to the feeling of being able to keep a loyalty card in a real wallet.Another very good idea is to be able to send out notifications when you are in front of a store that has Boomerangme services. Cons From a Japanese point of view, I feel the level of support is low.They do not keep their promises to fix the problem by when. They do not apologize for that.It has already been more than 3 months since they promised to complete the correction.There is no contact unless we inquire about it.This support system is not possible in Japan. In contrast, Boomerang’s system eliminates all these issues that a physical card based loyalty program can present, while also empowering businesses to enhance their loyalty programs and genuinely increase their sales. Pros I love that Boomerang has mainly democratized a technology that only big companies could afford and implement.
