I love using it and having the ability to actually support local businesses with technological improovements to their business, its the best way to actually measure kpis in the restaurant and beauty world, it has change so many lives and the way businesses get information for marketing purposess

Pros

Its the best way to actually creat a comunity arround your business, having loyal customers, a family that values your time, your effort, your money, and giving something back to them, in the most easy non-intrusive way possible without having to download a unecesarry app that people will download and use 1 or 2 times and never see or opoen again.

Cons

It was hard to actually know how to start to selling to local business but once you start there is no going back, is really fullfilling and becomes a really good business with special perks knowing a lot of business owners on your local area.

So far so good. The team and customer support seem dedicated to making things great. They are open to feedback which is going to pay off in the long run I'm sure, as I understand this is still in startup phase. Overall I think their approach is brilliant, and they seem to be consistent in working to bring this tool even further in it's capabilities.

Pros

Easy to get up and running, great branding features that help maintain your brand in a native and familiar way for your customers, and even better customization for unique campaigns that work for just about any kind of business that deals with customers directly.

Cons

Needs more integrations and automation features to sync customers and track engagement with other client management systems. Especially need automation of campaign messages so that this marketing channel can become a set it and forget it tool that brings more value to businesses that don't have a dedicated staff to constantly send messages. Something like a drip messaging feature with triggers and conditions to dynamically push offers to the right segments of customers at the right time.

### "Great product idea, but low support level from Japanese point of view"

More than 6 months have passed since the purchase, during which time we have not been able to offer service to this customer.Unfortunately, we will wait patiently until the service is available to Japanese.

Pros

Being able to install and place a loyalty card in a smart phone wallet, such as an iPhone or Android, is a very good idea because it is similar to the feeling of being able to keep a loyalty card in a real wallet.Another very good idea is to be able to send out notifications when you are in front of a store that has Boomerangme services.

Cons

From a Japanese point of view, I feel the level of support is low.They do not keep their promises to fix the problem by when. They do not apologize for that.It has already been more than 3 months since they promised to complete the correction.There is no contact unless we inquire about it.This support system is not possible in Japan.

Reason for choosing Boomerangme

I could not find any other product with such an excellent idea, and I bought it because I felt it was a unique product.

It took me only 2 hours to create and start using this tool.

Pros

With Boomerangme I found a key how to save money on printing cards and get into customers phones and directly to apple wallet or Google pay with digital loyalty bonus card. And it is very easy to distribute

Cons

It takes time to make integration with accounting software I think they can make it easy. But finally it works

I love that Boomerang has mainly democratized a technology that only big companies could afford and implement. We focus on local businesses to boost local consumption, and our clients are thrilled with the service and with bringing their loyalty strategy to a more effective digital system. We also love how simple the system is, it’s very business friendly and easy to use. Finally, what we’ve liked the most about Boomerang is the business model it allows us to have. Excellent!

We’d love for Boomerang to have the ability to integrate with more POS systems, since there aren’t any available in my country.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see more design customization for loyalty cards like extra templates, fonts, and gradient options. It’s a small thing, but it would make branding even easier for agencies like mine.

Boomerangme helps companies manage their customer loyalty programs, stamps, subscription services, coupons, and discounts. The platform integrates all these features into one convenient user interface and can be all synchronized together. Loyalty programs are excellent retention tools for your clients. Boomerangme offers stats and analytics. There are also loyalty grading metrics which allow you to keep track of your marketing performance. I haven't tried yet the stamp feature but you get the use of it. You cumulate stamps and get a free product. this is a great client retainer system too. Membership is related to the loyalty feature and points are given for every visit/scan on your membership card. We plan to use this feature for Gym clients. Loyalty programs offer discounts for your loyal customers. You mentioned before that you need to track everything so you can develop a discount plan and move your best customers into a better package. Cashback is actually the main feature we like: each purchase get a certain percentage as cashback available to spend again as coupon. this is great to increase loyalty and average basket spending. coupon allows percentage discount or a flat amount of money. Certificates is a feature we haven't used yet but we are planning to dive into this later. all your operations, customers and details are stored in the CRM but can be also synched with your own CRM using an integrator. We are very happy with boomerangme and the support.

Pros

The user interface is clear. This makes working on boomerangme easy and quite enjoyable. there are many mnay templates and features to play with. the CRM is all what we needed - simple, not overwhelming The push notification on location is a game changer for local businesses and we are experimenting with our Pizza place down the road. Support is top notch!

Cons

We are waiting impatiently for the release of woocommerce and shopify synching. After this this will be the go to tolls for loyalty and coupon.

### "Good as a growing platform"

They have been great. You can't expect App Sumo software to be as polished as a seasoned application, and for the time this has been available the service has been really good.

Pros

I really like the ease of use, there are great features and it seems the company is really looking to get a foothold in this market so they are willing to engage with users. We run multiple white-label software products in our company and we tie them together in one product offering, this fits well into that space.

Cons

My main criticism is that the terminology and some of the features are a bit confusing because we just don't do it the same way in the USA as in Europe where this software was really developed. MEANING, Certificate for instance is Gift Card, the dashboard has a number of numbers that make absolute sense but others that don't as much. Is it $ spent or is it the number of cards? Some of the cards seem duplicative and so I'm confused about which one to use. The training videos do offer some insight but are not really complete, so I suspect I will need to experiment and come up with my own videos as they are not white-labeled so I can't show them to my clients to help them out. Lastly, I really would like to offer one of the levels of plans, not all of them and currently, there is no way to do that from what I can tell.

Reason for choosing Boomerangme

We actually use both. Different applications and Beezer's loyalty card app is not quite up to what we need but the rest of it is great. Cheap enough for us to buy both.

I have been looking for a digital loyalty system for my business and my client, Boomerangme came at the right time. It is easy to navigate and the founder is responsive to development request is a plus point. I have high hopes for this tool to grow, and this is the one you guys should look out for. Ease of integration is one of the top consideration, many of times it takes alot of resource to do so. With boomerangme, you only need google / apple wallet to be in synced. Do not miss this opportunity to nurture your existing clients into your loyal supporters.

Cons

Lacking on webhooks integration, would be great if we can tap on this function to integrate other apps

The product is easy to configure and activate with tutorial videos to guide one every step of the way. The biggest PRO are the staff and \[sensitive content hidden\] who are dedicated and passionate and have been at hand to answer questions provide clarity and help. Another HUGE PLUS is the product is being enhanced, seeing change and feature rick inclusions makes one realise this product is going places.

Cons

The cons are minuscule and for me I would like the ability to link or upload more image rich rewards, making the rewarding the experience it should be, with the inclusion of an celebratory animation and a visually intriguing reward.

Pros

It saves us money and time with card printing and cutting paper stamp cards. Digital cards, last longer than paper cards. It is also a digital card, so customers were able to store the details on their phone.

Cons

It needs an internet connection, but nowadays, having wifi inside a business establishment is a must.

I use it for some businesses that I manage, in the pizzeria for example, every 10 pizzas purchased I give the possibility of having one for free and everything remains recorded in the internal database

Pros

Those who do marketing for retail stores cannot overlook this product because it gives the possibility of building customer loyalty thanks to many tools such as the classic points collection cards.I use it for my cousin's pizzeria, I recommended this product to him because he no longer has to give customers the old points collection cards which are annoying and often get lost.Its internal CRM system left me thrilled, I can collect all the data I need for my marketing.

Cons

Sometimes the system crashed but it was resolved quickly, the staff resolved it immediately, gave lots of advice and helped in everything.

I found the Boomerangme in the summer of 2021. My goal was to find an app or service that would help my store increase customer loyalty through discount or cashback cards. My store offers different loyalty systems for B2B and B2C customers. B2B customers mostly get a discount when they order, and B2C customers get cashback on their purchases, which they can spend on future orders. Boomerangme covers all the needs in providing loyalty tools. I will not hide the fact that during the first week of using the service, I had to contact customer support several times to fix some small bugs, but the fixes were made either the same day or the next. Adminpanel allows you to create 6 different types of cards for any type of business. It takes a few minutes to set up the card. It is possible to create your own card design that attracts the attention of your customers in Apple Wallet or Android Wallet app.

Pros

\- Ease of use. - No need to train your store personnel. The service is very intuitive. - Quick loyalty card setup. - Sleek iOS and Android apps. - Unlimited push notifications. - Geofence push notifications.

Cons

\- Minor bugs ( mostly solved during the first week of use) - At the moment no way to add custom link in push notifications (my suggestion was added to the roadmap)
