Wir arbeiten bereits ziemlich lange mit digistore24 und sind sehr zufrieden, da es für uns ein großer Zeitgewinn ist wegen Rechnungsstellung, Provisionen etc. Die Reaktion des Kundenservice ist auch sehr gut. Wenn man Fragen hat, z.B. wegen einer Genehmigung, erhält man recht schnell eine kompetente Antwort. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Weiter so

Pros

Die userfreundliche, intuitive Nutzung und der smarte Prozess generell überzeugt uns schon lange. Somit ist Digistore24 immer die erste Wahl!

Cons

Dass ein Produkt oder eine -Beschreibung manchmal mehrmals geändert werden muss, damit es genehmigt werden kann. Ist aber ok, weil die Richtlinien etc. eingehalten werden sollen.

Egal ob als Affiliate, Vendor (bisher noch weniger) oder Käufer, habe ich bisher mit Digistore24 nur gute Erfahrungen machen dürfen.

Pros

Ich nutze Digistore24 hauptsächlich als Affiliate und finde es sehr einfach und komfortabel an den verschiedenen Affiliateprogrammeb teilnehmen zu können. Auch die Abrechnungen sind schnell, transparent und fair. Der generelle Funktionsumfang für Vendoren ist auch Mega, da Digistore24 für nahezu jeden Fall etwas bietet. Von Produktverkauf über Online-Kurse bis hin zu digitalen Produkten ist alles mit vollständiger Abwicklung (inkl. wiederkehrender Abrechnungen) realisierbar.

Cons

Was mich aktuell am meisten stört, dass ich bei vielen Kacheln in der App nur Ladebalken und keine Daten mehr bekomme und daher für Auswertungen auf die Website ausweichen muss und sich das trotz Neuinstallation der App nicht verbessert hat.

Digistore24 bildet alles ab, was man braucht und ich habe kein Problem, meine Kunden bei Fragen zu ihren Zahlungen an Digistore zu verweisen, weil der Kundenservice einfach top ist!

Pros

Nicht nur kann ich meine Produkte damit verkaufen und einen tollen Sales Funnel damit aufbauen, gleichzeitig gibt es einen riesigen Marktplatz, wo ich mein Produkt durch Affiliates bewerben lassen kann, aber auch selbst Produkte finde, die ich als Ergänzung in meiner Liste bewerben kann.

Cons

Man braucht erst einmal einen überblick, um den vollen Umfang verstehen und nutzen zu können, daher bedarf es einiges an Einarbeitungszeit, aber der Support hilft da jederzeit!

Wie gesagt ich bin rundum zufrieden bisher. Auch der Kundenservice ist super schnell und sehr nett.

Pros

Ich nutze Digistore24 sowohl als Vendor für eigene digitale Produkte als auch als Affiliate und empfinde die Plattform als sehr gut strukturiert. Die Einrichtung von Produkten, die Zahlungsabwicklung und die Affiliate-Verwaltung sind übersichtlich aufgebaut und logisch nachvollziehbar. Besonders hilfreich finde ich die transparente Darstellung von Provisionen und Statistiken. Auch aus Affiliate-Sicht bietet Digistore24 eine große Auswahl an digitalen Produkten mit klaren Rahmenbedingungen. Insgesamt eine professionelle Lösung für den Aufbau und Vertrieb digitaler Produkte.

Cons

Aus meiner bisherigen Erfahrung habe ich eigentlich bisher noch nichts zu bemängeln. Vielleicht die Grenze für die Auszahlung.

Insgesamt nutze ich es täglich als Affiliate, aber auch als Vendor. Das anlegen von Produkten und die Anbindung zum E-Mail Tool machen wir die Arbeit super angenehm.

Pros

Digistore nimm so viele Tätigkeiten ab, wie Die Erstellung von Rechnungen. Außerdem ist digistore ein elementarer Bestandteil der automatisierung meines online Business. Auf digistore möchte ich nicht mehr verzichten.

Cons

Manchmal kommt es vor, dass Elemente noch richtig dargestellt werden, was von Browser zu Browser oder je nach Gerät passieren kann.

Ich habe schon etliche Produkte angelegt und erfolgreich verkauft. Mein Geld kommt immer pünktlich und alles läuft reibungslos. Die Plattform ist einfach zu bedienen und man findet für alles genaue Beschreibungen.

Pros

Digistore24 ist die beste Plattform für Affiliates. Dort tummeln sich die größten Affiliates und über den Marktplatz kann man als Affiliate die besten Produkte zum bewerben finden.

Cons

Mh da muss ich aber lange überlegen. Vielleicht dauert es beim Support bzw beim freigeben der Produkte manchmal zu lange.

I've been getting a run around finding how to return a product that digit store 24 represented and is selling called prostatine. The product is a scam it does not work I have sealed bottles which I will return but I have to wait several days to find the information to return this is very bad for future sales and for a company to stay in business effective communication is mandatory which digistore 24 seems to have been lacking.
