If you are looking at utilizing customized views to make data driven decisions, look elsewhere for something with a little more flexibility. Pros This product comes usable right out of the box with very limited features. This allows for users to quicklly get up to speed with what they need to and operate efficiently in the CRM Cons There is not much customization that can be applied to make things industry or event specific. We operate multiple construction organizations, (roofing,windows, siding,solar) and it was impossible to get leads customized to each organization.
