We can get by with little support but when we need it, it can be very difficult to get the support needed

Pros

Value for money, easy to copy an instance from a former company to speed up setup process. Leads you down a best practice path

Cons

Support. Getting answers to issues can take a very long time. Often things have to be sent to the very top of the organization

If you are just starting from spreadsheets, lead perfection is a good option. If you are looking at utilizing customized views to make data driven decisions, look elsewhere for something with a little more flexibility.

Pros

This product comes usable right out of the box with very limited features. This allows for users to quicklly get up to speed with what they need to and operate efficiently in the CRM

Cons

There is not much customization that can be applied to make things industry or event specific. We operate multiple construction organizations, (roofing,windows, siding,solar) and it was impossible to get leads customized to each organization.

One of the owners liked LeadPerfewction from the company he was at before. He thought it would be an easy transition but our solar data was just too much information for them toi import into reportable fields.
