A lot of software companies disappear once the sale is done, but that hasn't been the case here at all. Even years into using the platform, their team still checks in regularly to see how things are going, ask if we need any training refreshers, and make sure we're getting the most out of the software as our business has grown and changed. That kind of ongoing relationship is rare, and it says a lot about how much they value their customers beyond the initial sale. It's reassuring to know that if we ever run into a question or want to explore a feature we haven't used before, someone is going to reach out — or be there when we reach out to them — rather than leaving us to figure it out alone. Combined with how reliable and well-built the software itself is, that continued support is a big part of why we have no plans to switch to anything else. SharpeSoft isn't just a vendor we bought a product from; it feels like a long-term partner in how we run our business. Pros SharpeSoft Estimator has completely transformed how we put together bids. What used to be a slow, spreadsheet-heavy process is now streamlined and far more accurate. Pros I use Sharpsoft after the estimators have set up the job and prepare the bid to be sent off. I mostly use this for tracking the cost of the job and mark up percentages as well.
