I needed to remove a watermark from a video I'd previously created and decided to try their product. Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch because I uploaded my video and clicked on the edit button but the gears kept turning and NOTHING happened after an hour of waiting. I tried the process two more times before giving up and contacting customer support to ask for a refund. First - they take FOREVER to respond. Second - their stance was immediately defensive and they kept telling me that their product works fine. WEEKS later, after several attempts to get a refund, they are now asking me to send them some kind of log so they can assess the issue. They should have asked me for this when I first wrote and now that so much time has gone by, I do not have access to their product anymore and I'm not about to go through the entire process again. This has been a huge waste of my time, a huge headache, and I would never use a product from a company that a) provides horrible customer support and b) doesn't stand behind their product 100%. A $35 refund should be a no-brainer for a reputable company. These people are awful.

None - it didn't work for me. Multiple attempts to process my video and nothing happened.

Hitpaw, what a product!!if ever you have the requirement to convert and/or download music or video, this is the product for you. I have personally used this software for 5 years now and have to say it works every time seamlessly

Cons

It will randomly ask you to upgrade to a new version but I am assuming this is just a glitch in the application upgrade algorithm.

I recently downloaded and tested a video converter called HitPaw Video Converter and I am more than impressed with what I got. It is such a widely usable tool that I found no complications in the use process. Converting my videos along with music, and images for any preferred format was a walk in the park. The quality of the converted files turned out to be excellent and for every device I hadAccess to any device the program support. Those problems were so old that there were additional features that include the ability to edit a video and extract audio. Great customer support as well – they answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. If you need a reliable and universal tool for converting your videos I highly recommend the HitPaw Video Converter. Best one I’ve used so far!

Expensive: Some users might find this to be a bit beyond their reach. Error: Some users do have issues during conversion as they complain it is quite buggy. Not Suitable For Everyone: The free version has limitations that might not suffice for all users.

Pros

Software worked well, I liked the results so I paid for a month to fix this one video file that needed fixing.

Cons

They get you to pay for a subscription but then you discover you need to purchase credits or else the software runs slow. And then they include another subscription and they charged me a day early for renewal of this and won'T refund. Cheap tricks to take your money

The selection of different devices is particularly ingenious if you don't know very well which format is preferred for which device. This makes working with the program very easy and you can better familiarize yourself with the problems of the different file formats.

Pros

HitPaw Video Converter is an easy-to-use program with a lot of editing options. Many different file formats are recognized and these can be changed to desired formats. This is very helpful. Audio and image formats can also be changed, which makes the tool so universal. The programs are updated regularly. It's also worth taking a look at the HitPaw image enhancer, an ingenious program that I use very often.

Cons

The price could be cheaper, but Hitpaw is no more expensive on the market than other providers. There are also subscription models.
