From randomly increasing fees (sometimes reaching nearly 15%!), hiding your money with no way of seeing the balance, delay tactics when emailing referring to issues, delaying paying your own money even when dates have been set, avoiding critical questions, asking questions you have already answered to delay a reply, removing money from your account without knowing, thousands of pounds have disappeared with no answer (will update if resolved), poor standard of work, and the list continues. A very disappointing experience, which has been raised to other external agencies.

Pros

None - the cons out weigh any good points - the system is bad and full of bugs

Cons

They do not test their development work which resulted in loss of sales. They take days replying to emails and they alter your fees without your knowing and move your money around.

Its tough moving from one system to another whilst still trying to keep the business going and making it look seem-less to customers! But with Bookedit with managed to do this.

Pros

I like the extra features that our basic system couldn't do, more detailed discount code methods, if you need something added they will do it for you rather than you trying to work if out. Now I have got used to it I am finding it easy to use. \[sensitive content hidden\] , our account manager, gets back to me really quickly and its so nice to have a dedicated person you can go to which questions (even stupid ones!).

Cons

The testing period was drawn out and a bit frustrating. You are trying to understand how a new system will fit into your current business but not everything tested well. Some was my misunderstanding of the dynamics of the system, some was not working correctly and needed tweaking. We still have an outstanding issue which, although I was offered a work around in the short term, I'm sure will be adjusted soon.

Reasons for choosing Booked It

I was sent a couple of messages saying Smart was difficult to use at the back end.
