Pros

this is our main gds and has been great until ndc implementation by carriers, hopeful they can manage this program better as after issue service is becoming a real challenge

Cons

customer service is really lacking, before we could call them, now we have to wait for long hours if not days for them to call back, sometimes for simple issues

Permite trabajar de forma rapida y con el sistema puedes reservar, cotizar y vender todo tipo de servicios turisticos, pasando por tiquetes, hoteles, alquiler de autos, cruceros, equipaje entre muchos otros.

Pros

es el sistema de distribución más fácil y completo para utilizar, esta es una version con muchas mejoras, más rapido, mas completo y sencillo con opcion de uso en forma no solo tradicional sino tambien grafica, que facilita la experiencia en cuanto a los codigos y comandos propios del sistema. Es muy amigable, me gusta mucho la ventana de ayuda ya que hay cargada muchisima información y resulta sencillo buscar y solucionar ciertas dudas.

Cons

las contraseñas deben cambiarse con frecuencia y algunas veces es dificil encontrar opciones que acepte el sistema
