It's been a bumpy ride with the outage and then getting things back up and running. But yet again, \[sensitive content hidden\] came to the rescue and got us back up.

Pros

Ease and pricing. We haven't been customers long but we like it when it works. The outage was horrific and it took too long to get us back up and running.

Cons

The main support number is a joke! Over the last week & a half I have had to leave countless messages or have been told I would receive a phone call back. I never heard anything! Today I was able to get ahold of \[sensitive content hidden\] who immediately logged into my computer and worked on things until he got it fixed! \[sensitive content hidden\] needs a raise and the ability to train the other support techs to be more client focused!

They just opened up lab and prescription capabilities so it is viable with a clinical or pcp practice.

Pros

Great customer service with the chat function. The price to quality ratio is off the charts amazing.

Cons

It is new so there are some quarks. These are usually resolved by the customer service. The services system that they have is a bit of a challenge for making appointment types. Once you get it down it is fairly automated.

It overall was a very unpleasant experience, and there was not a lot on their end that made it better in the end.

Pros

I did like the simplicity of the software, you was easy to use but yet had quite a bit of different things you could do not just the bare minimum.

Cons

I did not like that there was always something you needed to work, that wasn't working. You kept paying for it, but it would take months to get fixed. And Customer service would not be helpful.

From sales to after implementation support, Myriad has been the best in customer centered service. They listened to our needs and managed our transition with an integration plan that reduced challenges with a new system while phasing out our old. Seamless onboarding, and a substantial cost savings compared to our old systems. We have no regrets and appreciate the improvement in our staff workload and stronger connections with our patients and their families.

Pros

A true all in one system that includes patient care and billing addressing uniqueness of our practice. Considering our experience with multiple other leading eHR systems, Myriad has been the best experience from sales to post implementation support. Moving to Myriad has saved us significantly in cost and has improved our patient throughput. In addition, their system has integrated forms, appointment scheduling, efax, virtual visit/Telehealth, billing, ePrescribe, and AI charting to name a few. Prior to Myriad, we had to bring in multiple third parties, pay for integration APIs, and monthly fees to those vendors. Myriad is forward thinking, solution oriented, customer/patient centered while listening to us providers on the frontline.

Cons

Initially the lack of lab integration, but that has since changed.

### "A blessing to my practice"

I am new to private practice and have chosen myriad to be my EMR. I cannot say enough good things about them. The support offered is second to none. I have never had an issue last longer than 5 minutes, truthfully. The IT staff is very quick. My sales rep, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been such a comfort during this exciting, yet nerve wrecking, experience. \[sensitive content hidden\] has helped assist with many things. I highly recommend this platform. Aside from the staff, the program itself is SO affordable and user friendly.

Pros

The customer service! From the sales rep to IT to setting up e prescribe, the entire team is phenomenal.

Cons

Nothing. The system just makes sense. The staff treats you as if they are just as much a part of your practice as you are. They care.

Reason for choosing Myriad Health

Ease of use, overall functioning, and because everything is integrated already. There are not hundreds of dollars per month of necessary add ons.

the customer support team is incredible. All EMRs have minor glitches and issues but the support from Myriad is outstanding

I am sure there are many other areas where training will be needed and learning them will only enhance both Myriad and Illuminated Pathways Family Therapy, LLC. I do look forward to a long relationship with Myriad and believe we have made the right choice. Being patient with all the changes is worth the end result.

Pros

A growing practice comes with excitement and discomfort and to keep a positive, forward movement to accommodate all staff and patients we knew we needed to make a change. We understood the implementation was going to be a work in progress so allowing for all customizations to personally fit our practice, we needed to be patient. The support with Myriad has been commendable and helpful when learning all the nuances Myriad provides. I really like the idea that there are no extra fees for multiple users. This helps when looking at a system that can grow with us and meet our specific needs. The training provided by Myriad for each staff member is greatly appreciated. The ease of digital contact in the bottom corner to allow for online communication is also a great feature.

Cons

The wonky, initial interface for patients and Myriad regarding PHI and initial paperwork. I would like to see this as a smooth process so the patients are not hunting for all the various emails/texts to complete the process before their first appointment. Patients complain over this when in appointment. I look forward to this being fixed.

I liked that while it has its standard processing components, it was able to be customized to a great deal for how we work and what needs we have with patients and multiple family members.

### "Not useful for complex practice"

I had such high hopes that an innovative company would upset the current marketplace for EMRs. However, they do not have adequate clinical understanding to be able to structure their system to be functional. It was absolutely not worth it. In their defense, their customer service is very responsive and they really did push many updates to try and improve their system during our usage. However it was just not enough and we can no longer work with this system.

Pros

It has a good interface that is very intuitive. Very easy to bill.

Cons

This is an unstable system that routinely will exit and require re-login, counted as many as 12 logouts in 1 workday, per person. Terrible integrations, were not able to see medications at all for weeks. The workflow for prescribing and referrals is cumbersome and easily times out. Using this system reduced our monthly expenses significantly and created significantly more work from each staffer and physician. Autosave usually works, but sometimes an entire template would be wiped out. Autosave also causes an unstable cursor so typing in a box would be cancelled or the cursor randomly moved to another location. Importing data from previous EMR was a nightmare, and demographics did not map out correctly, requiring that we manually update those entries. Coding a visit takes too long because you have to search each individual code and it takes several seconds to populate each time. It would randomly not assign fees to E/M codes. It would randomly eliminate billing information and you would have to exit the superbill and re-enter to repopulate. Sometimes this would take several attempts. This is not a good system for a practice that has multiple users in different job descriptions and/or has complex patients.

Amazing team. Always accessible.

Pros

Customization and rapid advancement /improvement of features.

Cons

Access to billing and the ease of use for my biller. It’s challenging to do your own billing if you are not part of use myriad billing. It’s hard to track your claims and appeal when you independently bill. This this needs to be more available for independent use without need to use myriad billing.
