They have always responded to my questions. Sometimes a little slower than I would like, but sometimes right away.

Pros

It covers all scenarios for monitoring. I can separate my sites from my client sites. The monitor wizard is very handy for adding multiple sites, or even just one, and get the most common monitors in place quickly.

Cons

Lacks template branding for status pages. I asked them about this some time ago, and they seemed interested, but nothing has happened with it. I would have to design every client status page from scratch, so I just don't do it because it is too time-consuming.

The best tool to monitor all kind of stuff. Homepage, Ping, SSL... so many.

The easy Dashboard. I searched long for my perfect Tool to Monitor my Homepages... with Robot.alp i found it!!!

It's swiss-army set of uptime and monitoring tools, which is constantly being improved up.

Pros

A massive range of monitors, not just uptime. The pagespeed insights one if very interesting, and we also use the SSL checker a lot.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything which we don't like.

Very happy with the team and product. I'd certainly recommend this to anybody needing a robust site services tracking system.

Pros

The API is very handy and robust. Also the team is quite helpful with an issues that may come up.

Cons

There are some things that don't make too much sense, in regards to displays. But I'm confident it will be worked on in the future.

I have really enjoyed using this product, it has a lot of tools, user-friendly interface, is not bloated, great price, and always improving with new enhancements. The support team is also great.

Pros

Lots of features, great low price. Easy to use interface.

Cons

While there are some limitations, it is always being enhanced.

I have reached out to the team before and they have always been helpful in particular when I got started and wanted to mass import.

Pros

Making sure my clients websites are live is crucial. Robot.alp ensures that I hear about websites when they are down for whatever reason. Whether it is the server, domain registrar issues or poor updates I can rely on Robot.alp to let me know when my sites are down.

Cons

Initially, I was forgetting the name but that has become a thing of the past!

Love Robot.alp! The interface looks nice and is simple to use. Highly recommended

Pros

Robot.alp has the largest number of monitoring options of all the cloud monitoring tools I have seen, and is great when ping response is not enough to determine availability. The interface is clean and modern, and is fast to navigate around.

Cons

It can take a while to get the monitoring settings right to avoid false positives, but once tweaked has been very reliable. Multi-user needs to be improved, as currently you have to share each org with a 'team member' manually, there is no bulk sharing or group option

Pros

It is both very easy to implement and use as well as very comprehensive in what it can monitor.

Cons

I dont have any real complaints about Robotalp. It is legit easy to use, and it monitors everything I can think to monitor on my websites as well as competitor sites.
