### "Readibots Automates Complex Processes"

This platform fits seamlessly into our organization. The company has very skilled supports and there was never a time that they have failed to help us solve any problem. They are wonderful to work with. Fantastic support for a great product.

Pros

I liked the fact that it is customizable, which allows you to really make it fit your business rather than trying to make your business fit the software. The platform has advanced AD queries that can be easily used in new automation which helped us reduce the processing time of requests from days to minutes.

Cons

Nothing. It is simply the best.

### "Getting better automation for less spend"

They are very easy to work with, fast to respond and care about the success of my team!

Pros

Setting up the Readibots platform was very straightforward. But more importantly, following O365 best practices for off-boarding was tedious and required the Admin to go into multiple locations in O365 console blades. Readibots fully automates the O365/AAD best practices for onboarding and off-boarding of users. All of these actions are in 1 form and get a full audit log of the work performed. In addition, RB enables the full automation of distribution groups using multiple AAD user fields in Boolean language. The current set of dynamic distribution groups provided by O365 is.... limited. Day to day operations can be easily delegated to key players to distribute basis operations. Password resets, license assignment, group management, and best of all ... these events are all captured in audit logs.

Cons

Search and Dashboarding. I have been talking with the dev team, and they said these are coming! but There are status queues so you know what is going on. and you can go in and see when a job ran how long it took. However, the metrics are not being consolidated to capture an average run time of a specific job or total run time for a group of jobs.

Reason for choosing READI

We are a small company (400 people and, at the time of purchase, 3 IT people) we needed something which was all SAAS hosted, cloud-focused (we do not have on-prem of any kind), and need to automate our O365 workload for onboarding and offboarding. Readibots was the last piece in that automation plan and it FIT perfectly!

### "Powerful Automation Capabilities"

Pros

The READI platform enables our company to create automated and prescriptive processes using native Powershell language for use in our cloud and on-premises applications. The software is easy to setup and use with almost no need for technical training or knowledge of proprietary syntax. Scripting is as simple as developing a Powershell script, however the value-adds are the features surrounding what has been built into the platform like providing role-based access, logging, environmental variables, credential stores, code signing, and a dynamic user interface and portal. No other solution that we have reviewed has provided the level of features along with the ease of use that the READI platform has

Cons

There is a learning curve when trying to understand all the features and navigation of the complex capabilities of the system.

### "READI Process Automation Lets You Focus on Bigger and Better "

READI support is responsive and engaged. We have a great partnership and get a great value from the product. I would recommend READI to any organization looking to modernize the services they provide. It has allowed our team to focus on building IT solutions instead of getting bogged down with requests and provided vetted processes and information to places in the business without unnecessary gatekeepers.

Pros

Readibots has allowed the University of Kansas to leverage a Zero-Trust delegation model to remove roadblocks in our IT processes and support. We bypass the bottleneck of ticket systems and email chains by creating processes that perform needed tasks by those who need to do them. This frees up our team to focus more on interesting challenges and implementing solutions rather than manual or routine chores.

Cons

Readibots is a platform that is constrained by your imagination and ability to leverage it. You will get out of it what you put in, so expect to spend time creating and implementing solutions that meet the needs of your environment.

### "A Breath of Fresh Air"

I have worked in the Identity space for over 20 years so my use cases are primarily centered around those platforms. No IGA platform that I have encountered can do everything. There are always times when a customer needs to solve for an issue that was either not thought of when the IGA platform was developed or it simply falls into a series of odd edge cases. If you work in this industry you understand how clients can get bogged down with edge cases, but finally a platform (Readi) has come along that alleviates all the stress related to them.

Pros

Ease of use. Quick ROI. A language everyone uses. Ability to turn bots into REST API endpoints. I cannot begin to tell you how fast it is to realize value with this platform. Since the underpinning of Readi is PowerShell the user is off to the races in no time. It took me only minutes to code up my first proof of concept bot. It is extremely flexible- a blank canvas that allows the imagination to run wild.

Cons

No cons that I have identified at this time.

I am very impressed with the overall quality and care that the team at ReadiBots puts into their product. Their support department is always willing to help and they are always working on new features to add.

Pros

The fact that the platform is built to use PowerShell meant that a lot of our pre-existing scripts/workflows could just be brought right into the platform with little to no effort on our end.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything that comes to mind when i think about things i like least about ReadBots. It's pretty much all things i like!

READI has always been very responsive to any concerns I have raised or suggestions I have offered.

Pros

It helped take pressure off of our overwhelmed IT staff. By automating onboarding/offboarding, HR personnel were able to provision and deprovision new employees without requiring the technical knowledge normally required. I also like that out of the box it is very useful for automation within an Office 365 environment. In addition, the READI customer engagement team is eager to assist with customizations that are not enabled 'out of the box'.

Cons

At first I was wary of running scripts that were not signed. When I raised this concern with READI, they built a solution within a few weeks that enabled script signing in the solution.

Reason for choosing READI

1\. Reasonable pricing - fit the size of our company 2. Immediately useful out of the box 3. Customer Engagement 4. Flexible platform

Pros

Our Third Party has the ability to send JSON payloads to and API endpoint and Readibots gives us the capability to accept the payload and perform processing using Powershell. The customer support from the company is outstanding as they will help solve challenging integrations and ensure that your implementation is a success.

Cons

We have not encountered any limitations thus far.
