There’s not a lot of alternatives, but don’t count on this app working consistently for your business. It crashes daily. Pros It’s decent for day to day logistics and the layout is easy to follow. The dispatch page and reports are helpful. Cons Customer support is really poor. This app has glitched frequently, most recently resulting in the loss of credit card info. The company offered no support or reimbursement for the loss of customer info and actual revenue loss due to a problem on their end. Poor customer support. The how-to videos are helpful as well and I like the interaction between us as the business and the software developer. Pros The software has allowed us to integrate a reliable dumpster management system to allow us to track inventory, organize our billing system, and make better use of our time.
