Pros

I did not like anything about Uleadz, both as a software and as a service.

Cons

I got a presentation of the product, from a \[sensitive content hidden\], and was sold the idea of a 'free' trial without any payments. I immediately decided not to use the software, as there are way better alternatives. Saw the payment and contacted them for an explanation, being open and nice, just wanting to get my 100$ back from the 'misunderstanding'. They agreed to look into it, and told me that no more payments would be made. After two weeks, and no contact, I had to contact them again, starting from scratch. Then they charged me another 100$, and after a few weeks and a dozen emails back and forwards, they act like nothing has happened, passing me from one customer service agent to another. I've logged on to the website once, but they refuse to aknowledge that they as a whole company has screwed up. In general, it seems like they have no communication between any of there departments, both customer service wise, but also that the salesperson had no clue on what to do, and whether the software had the ability to do very important use cases for my business. There are better solutions such as Odoo, and if you have the time to spend a couple days on your FSM, I would definently recommend going there instead.
