Overall, my experience with Webmaster has been overwhelmingly positive with a few minor pitfalls and I would absolutely recommend it to all.

Pros

Perhaps the absolute best feature of Webmaster is its readily available and easily understandable SEO reports, which can be quite complicated on other less user-friendly platforms.

Cons

The feature I least admire about the product is rather slow indexing, which causes delays in website speed and agility as well as issues pertaining to the prolonged nature of waiting out data reports.

Perform keyword research, full site scans, check backlinks, submit full site maps or individual URLs for indexing. Plenty of analysis tools, insights & support, and regular performance reports available by email.

We try use it as often as we can and their are some great insights here. However, the reality is Bing only contributes a very small percentage of traffic to our website.

Pros

Indexnow is a great feature, whilst still maintaining the traditional url inspection tool. The built in robots.txt checker is a nice addition too

Cons

Some of the errors flagged aren't true. 'Large number of pages pointing to the same canonical URL for domain' for example

Even if Bing does not bring as many visits as Google, it has an important role in website traffic and optimizing the website for it is important. As I know Bing serves other search engines with the index of the websites.

Pros

The account setup and adding a project is straightforward. Bing Webmaster has many useful feature for every website owner, my favorite is Index Now that allows you to get be sure your content is indexed as soon as is published. Site Explorer is another important feature, it allows me to check all websites pages to see i there are any problems.

Cons

Support is there for you after weeks or even months since you open a ticket without any resolve.

Even if Bing have a smaller market share is not is not to neglect. Optimizing the website for Bing can bring you many clients. Bing Webmaster does a great job for optimization.

Pros

First time I thought nobody uses Bing but after adding the website I was really surprised. The feature i used the most is Keyword Research, it helps find the best keywords for you page an the top competitors. IndexNow is another great feature I really like, it really helps to keep index status of the newly published pages and articles.

Cons

If a page is not indexed and doesn\`t want to index it they will say is because Bing Webmaster Guidelines even the page compliance with it. No details given or how to resolve.

Is a nice platform, easy to navigate and understand.

Pros

Some time ago i didn't care about Bing as a search engine and user source but after some research i changed my mind. Bing Webmaster shows important data about your website and gives good optimization tips not just for Bing. Site explorer show important tips on all websites pages and IndexNow feature allows you to index newly created pages instantly. Top Insights is another worth to mention feature because can signal you the pages that has problems with headings, tags and ALTs missing from certain pages, all these optimization are important for all search engines, not just Bing.

Cons

No cons at all, is a free tools that help optimizing your websites for all search engines.

Pros

It is very easy to use, and understand. Although, it doesn't have much features like Google search console but it definitely has all you need to get some rankings and traffic from Microsoft Bing search. It has a tool to help check if your pages are mobile friendly and I love the instant submission API which can be easily connected to any SEO plugin to facilitate instant indexing.

Cons

One of my sites stopped getting traffic from bing many months ago, and to my greatest surprise, all their helpful articles to fix the problem was not helpful at all and all efforts to reach out to support was futile.

I admit, I don't use Bing Web Mater Tools enough. There is a lot of good information here and many other tools charge for this. Google tends to hide backlink data. The fact is Bing is a huge search engine so the information here is reliable and valuable. Use it.

Pros

The backlinks report is a hidden gem in Bing WMT. Most importantly it is free! But beyond that you will get a huge list of all the banklinks on your site and can compare it to another website to see what you are missing. The tool shares anchor text and in one click you can get to that page to see if you can earn a link.

Cons

I would not mind seeing a content gap report that shows what my competitors have that I do not. But no real complaints with Bing WMT.

What I loved most was the search option because every time I search it gives me points because I'm linked with Microsoft rewards.

Cons

What I disliked about Bing well is that it does this when I'm on a not secure website where it deletes content to save up memory then I have to reload the page repeatedly to stop it from deleting the conent.
