"Tixserve Product Review"

Overall: Tixserve helped us to expand our product offering and maintain the high standards that we offer to all our customers.

Pros: The integration into Tixserve was easy for our development team and allowed us to provide an elite level service to boost our product offering. The team have been great to work with and have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Cons: We have had no qualms with Tixserve or its offering. The team were always clear in what they offer and what the product can do and it has exceeded our expectations so far.

Overall: The digital transformation has had a significantly positive impact on our business. Great product and good people has meant an enjoyable overall experience working on the project

"A well conceived ticketing app with a lot of potential to minimise ticket touting"

Overall: I would say that we have shown a lot of trust and belief in the developers of the Tixserve app and that belief has been well founded as there have been some big improvements in the system in a relatively short time. I would gladly recommend this product to anyone and would suggest that it is still to hit its full potential, as the developers are always looking to make improvements and suggest new ideas and commercial opportunities to the users.

Pros: The Tixserve software is very well designed with a lot of features that make it easy to use for both customers and our staff. Set up of events in very straight forward and intuitive, with a well set out administration portal. The software has a lot of potential to develop and improve customer the experience with mobile phone based technology becoming the 'norm' for event access. We were originally drawn to the software as we needed a solution that could sit outside our online sales platform but that had the potential to be integrated should we decide to incorporate the API at a future date. The big selling feature of this platform is its simplicity and also the very secure way in which tickets can be controlled and strict non-transferrable tickets can be easily created, if the artist sees this as a priority.

Cons: There are a few features that are currently being developed which will improve the experience of managing customer data. In particular the ability to see at glance all tickets that have been transferred, including the original owner and the current holder. This will improve how we manage refunds on cancelled events, which with covid are more common than we would like.

Reasons for Choosing Tixserve: The way in which the platform could sit outside our system was a big factor, but also the cost per ticket was very competitive and meant it fitted well within our business model and the margins that we operate within.

"Easy to use ticket app "

Overall: Been very easy and a smooth journey, especially given the changing timeframes and circumstances we were under.

Pros: It allows us to know the end user, provides insight we never had before, increases ticket safety and security and for our fans particularly our hospitality guests its ease of ticket transfer makes inviting large numbers of guests easy, especially with drop outs, no longer does the space have to go to waste because the physical ticket cannot be retrieved and reassigned.

Cons: I think we are fairly new in using this product and want to make sure we are completely happy with the basic functionality before we go further in depth.
