Mitratech have always been responsive and supportive in all our dealings with them.

Pros

We upgraded from another system which had limited capabilities. DSX is easy to use, is flexible enough for us to configure and run ourselves, and has the capability to be integrated with our core system. It was relatively easy to migrate existing data and the team at Mitratech were very supportive when we set it up and beyond. The system is very reliable, which is invaluable in ensuring users are supported to give excellent customer outcomes.

Cons

From where we came from it appeared to be quite complex to set up but in retrospect that was probably more to do with the previous system which was pretty basic!

Not a great experience and unfortunately I would not recommend it to any colleagues.

Pros

I suppose the price was about what I expected to pay, however it was by no means cheap.

Cons

Lack of reliability, security, and difficult to use.

It was a great transition from using printed reports to using a soft version where annotations can be inserted and saved.

Pros

I like the feature of being able to add annotations to reports when reviewing work.

Cons

I couldn't find a keyboard shortcut to switch in between pages. The mouse and a switch on the screen seem to be my only option.
