Pros We are still in the process of setting up Procipient to its full functionality, but it will allow us to automate our risk assessment scoring process. We historically kept this data in spreadsheets, and had multiple points of entry for the same data. Procipient is automated in manner that creates efficiencies and improves data accuracy for use. Cons Procipient is highly customizable, which is a positive feature overall, but requires some time to be dedicated on the front end. We have worked quite a bit with the vendor to get things set up in a manner that works best for us, and they have been extremely flexible and helpful in meeting our needs.
