Before we had to use 3-4 different platforms for each different products offered. Pros real time information for portfolio management , document control all docs in the same place for each operation, and easy invoices to send to client up to date. It simplifies and accelerates every aspect of your business. As an in-house legal counsel of a non- banking financial firm, with Fintrade software I have everything I need in one place: Lender reports, Due diligence data, document support for every operation organized, compliance search. Pros The Document Control Management Module is Fantastic. Help me organize documents for all the company's operations, and set alarms for documents that are about to expire. You can set the levels of authorization and approvals of each operation, and share them with the officials of the company. I finally found the soluttion for having an organized file.
