They are available on the phone rather than having to send in a request and wait for a response. Guidey have always been happy to offer support with our more customised requirements, giving us an even better experience for our guests. Pros Guidey is an incredibly elegant digital guidebook that is very customisable and doesn't require an app to be downloaded, as it just uses web pages. It also supports both QR codes and short, readable URLs for each property. We have seen a reduction in support calls from guests thanks to the information provided in their Guideys. Cons Nothing. Our experience with Guidey has been excellent and is cheaper than our previous supplier. I really like that there odd no app needed to be downloaded. Cons Can’t change any of the stock pictures at the top of the different pages. It would also be great if you were able to customize the background colors. There is just some minor issues & inconveniences that could be corrected to make the product smoother and less confusing for customers. Pros User Friendly. Organized. Not overwhelming for the customer. You can put a wealth of information. Good bye are the days of printed material all over the place! Easy Peazy! Cons When trying to categorize certain restaurants/bars under the certain categories, you could only list them once, even if you create a new category. So, one location couldn't be in another category. Also, I would like to be able to move certain categories in different order. I feel most people are interested in the wifi once they enter the property, so that should be towards the top of the order, instead of the bottom. Also, I can't seem to change the directions around. It's confusing how its set up. If I hit get directions it goes to google which enters a longitude & latitude. you have to paste in the link from the actually google maps for it to work, thus creating confusion. May 17, 2026 5.0 Easy so far! I really liked how you could add attractions and dining and it show a map. We’ve order a card for our unit with the QR code so renters can just scan it! Pros It is really easy to set up! It was intuitive and I liked the way you could add restaurants and cafes by name or address. Pros Guidey is easy to set up and best of all makes pre-arrival communications with guests super easy. It's a great tool to help mitigate guest questions as well. CEO Hospitality Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Airguide for holiday lets & serviced apartments" March 9, 2022 5.0 Fantastic. Price is crazy good and they have gone with tiered pricing so it gets cheaper the more guides you add. Pros It has always been super easy to use but the team seem to make it easier with each new update. For example they quickly recognised that there are users coming on board with portfolios of properties and building each individually would be time consuming. So the next update allowed for updating information into new guides from previous guides, basically a copy and past feature without having to copy and paste or jump between screens. The QR codes are great, we decided to print them and add them to the property for another way of guests locating and using the guide. The whole idea is really simple and hugely effective as a troubleshooting guide. We are constantly hit with minor things like boiler pressure is low, not everyone has the confidence to fix this so a little recording or youtube video gives them everything they need. Cons I would say there is almost nothing we don't like about the software. What has always impressed me is that one of the directors is easily accessible and is always looking for user feedback. Next thing you know the team have implemented your suggestion! Reason for choosing Guidey We came across Airguide on instagram, loved the look of it and decided to give it a go. Pros I was about to create a paper guide for a property and then I found this. It was very easy to set up and populate with great prompts. Adding photos is easy I love the links to google maps and so far guests have found it really useful. Also love the QR code function and that it can just be send over WhatsApp and email. Also brilliant that you update it anytime even when guests are already staying. Cons Obviously once you have completed your whole guide through the free trial you are unlikely to not pay to carry on! I also like the customisation features and is visually appealing. Cons I feel some of the text box inputs repeats itself and therefore have to edit back to ensure it reads correctly.
