Excellent. Guidey are so helpful. They are available on the phone rather than having to send in a request and wait for a response. Guidey have always been happy to offer support with our more customised requirements, giving us an even better experience for our guests.

Pros

Guidey is an incredibly elegant digital guidebook that is very customisable and doesn't require an app to be downloaded, as it just uses web pages. It also supports both QR codes and short, readable URLs for each property. We have seen a reduction in support calls from guests thanks to the information provided in their Guideys.

Cons

Nothing. Our experience with Guidey has been excellent and is cheaper than our previous supplier.

Reason for choosing Guidey

Simpler overall use and setup, and I think (though I can't 100% remember) that LoungeUp required an app.

I love it. There is just some minor issues & inconveniences that could be corrected to make the product smoother and less confusing for customers.

Pros

User Friendly. Organized. Not overwhelming for the customer. You can put a wealth of information. Good bye are the days of printed material all over the place! Easy Peazy!

Cons

When trying to categorize certain restaurants/bars under the certain categories, you could only list them once, even if you create a new category. So, one location couldn't be in another category. Also, I would like to be able to move certain categories in different order. I feel most people are interested in the wifi once they enter the property, so that should be towards the top of the order, instead of the bottom. Also, I can't seem to change the directions around. It's confusing how its set up. If I hit get directions it goes to google which enters a longitude & latitude. you have to paste in the link from the actually google maps for it to work, thus creating confusion.

Great experience for the guests! Almost all you can imagine, you can put inside for the guests. The flexibility is awsome.

Pros

Value for the money and multilingual support. Together with an AI agent it's a great experience for the guests.

Cons

Design and simplicity with moving around. There is a lot space for improvements. I hope that you will include us in improvements.

It was excellent we loved using it and everyone that used it loved it.

Pros

Ease of use and all the many options to setup a good guide.

Cons

Customization options to add multiple pics, or better instructions.

10/10 cannot fault price is really good and has many features, there is still room for improvement. .

Pros

Easy to use, great price, good connectivity and easy to add options on to your own app and share between properties

Cons

Layout is a bit to simple and looks plain to guests, colour improvements needed to help make it more eye pleasing and custom

Overall really happy. It is easy to use and set up modify as necessary and it's great that I can do that when not present in the accommodation.

Pros

Guides really easy to use. It works well alongside guesty as a main operating system. We use the link in correspondence emails and it's easy to update regularly.

Cons

It would be a great feature to personalised the layout further such as menu order. A little on the pricey side in comparison to others.

Pros

Guidey is easy to set up and best of all makes pre-arrival communications with guests super easy. It's a great tool to help mitigate guest questions as well.

Cons

The ease of updating the software. -The Unlimited video, image and pdf uploads allow us to provide our guests with extensive instructions and troubleshooting - There is Unlimited local area recommendations, this allows us to promote other local businesses and keep our guests up to date with new places -The Custom web link urls allow us to personalise it to each propery - It was simple and Easy to apply our brand logo and colours The biggest pro of airguide is their customer service, they are always on hand to answer our queries, make improvements and report to us when there maybe outage. Kris is fantastic.

Cons

We would love a feature that allows us to send our guests notifications about bins that doesn't require sign up.

Overall I have enjoyed using airguide and would recommend it to everyone and anyone! It’s a great paper free way to communicate with guests.

Pros

I am new to Clark Anderson. I look upon an airguide to help me solve a guests problem everything is straight forward to use. Quick to access and smooth. I have never had any lagging or bugs on this software. It is a brilliant idea!

Cons

At a point I felt it was quite tiresome needing to search through all 80 of our property airguides to find the one you are looking for. However a member of my team brought this up with yourself and you added a search bar! I am so impressed how reactive you are as a company.

Also - I had very good customer service.

Pros

I was about to create a paper guide for a property and then I found this. It was very easy to set up and populate with great prompts. Adding photos is easy I love the links to google maps and so far guests have found it really useful. Also love the QR code function and that it can just be send over WhatsApp and email. Also brilliant that you update it anytime even when guests are already staying.

Cons

Obviously once you have completed your whole guide through the free trial you are unlikely to not pay to carry on!

From the initial contact, they were very patient as we took our time in reaching the setting up point, we provided basic information and they filled in all the gaps, even when I wanted to make a couple of changes, these were done promptly with no fuss.

Pros

The simplicity of just having to send the guest a link and the support from airguide made the process of setting up far less complicated and time consuming than I had anticipated.

Cons

Can't think of any Cons, yes a bit of effort needed in the initial set up but less than what I had expected.

Love this software. Makes checking people in so easy. All information in one place.

Cons

It’s a little rigid. It would help if you could generate your own sections. Would also help if there were some analytics behind the software so we could see what pages the guests click on the most and to check they click in the link in the first place!

Setting up my AirGuide was such a pleasurable experience and future changes to my guide are so much more easy than altering it’s paper-based predecessor.

Pros

Was offered a video call with AirGuide principal \[sensitive content hidden\] who went through AirGuide and answered all my questions. Subsequent questions or queries were handled expertly and quickly by \[sensitive content hidden\] The set up took around a day. Am thrilled with the finished AirGuide.

Cons

Limited alternative font and colour options.

The ease of being able to make changes and updates whenever I want! It is so much easier than printing out and old-school paper guide book.

Cons

Just that’s in USD funds since we are Canadian. I also wish there was an app . On the website I have to log in every single time.

Pros

I take the link and drop it in my listing descriptions, as well as have a QR code printout on-site. I never have to change these, but can update the guide as I see fit, whenever I’d like.

Cons

Setup takes a lot of time. It would be great to start with some basic templates that would apply to all/most properties.
