Pros

This software produces a high quality document at a reasonable price. It is easy to use and the customer service is fantastic.

Cons

Creating the right spacing in the content is a little tricky.

This is so easy to setup and use. All the features are available that we need to create a very detailed guide book for our properties.

Cons

I have not to be anything missing that we would need to add.

Occasionally, it timed out, so you sometimes lost information you had added / edited.

Good so far!

Pros

Ease of updating guest guidebook. Videos and pictures are easy to add and helpful for guests.

Cons

Navigation could be more intuitive. Layout could be more customizable. I would like to have check-in and check-out procedures easily identifiable by guests and on separate tabs.

Reason for choosing Guidey

Price was right and it had the functionality I was looking for.
