difficulty when there is integration with Salesforce with some logic, need to do code (SDK) which is separate from the 3dolphins SRM.

Im having good experience with 3Dolphins and team. Project team having good experience particularly with integration to other cots like SFDC. Support team also quick response.

Pros

NLP that support bahasa really well, also channel that supported.

Cons

Price and license model is a bit high. Its not suitable for small business.
