Non riconosce un codice fiscale errato, salvate in bozza non memorizzano il numero ( lo memorizzano solo una volta inviate al TS) - anche se 12 giorni consentiti per invio ci sono...Dopo un giorno o due non si può inviare i documenti in blocco- bisogna farlo singolarmente. Non memorizza il codice di esenzione iva, lo chiede a dirittura sulla marca da bollo, non ha spazio per immettere il numero della marca da bollo

La facilità d'uso e la velocità per l'emissione della fattura elettronica. Bastano pochi dati e la fattura è emessa. Fondamentale per chi emette fatture con il gratuito patrocinio a spese dello stato.

Prima usavo un sistema semplicissimo, chiaro, preciso ...e super flessibile. Questo e' veramente terribile.

Due aspetti sono molto positivi: un customer care molto efficiente e il prezzo

Cons

Il layout grafico e' pessimo. La fattura e' piena di informazioni inutili e c'e' poco spazio per poter scrivere eventuali commenti o diciture libere. Graficamente e' orribile. In particolare se si lavora con gli stranieri devi spiegare tutte le diciture che escono con commenti estesi quando invece si potrebbero inserire i dettagli di quello che si vende. Inoltre la fattura viene inviata appena terminata tramite SDI, quando magari uno potrebbe dover fare delle correzioni.

La mia esperienza complessiva è molto positiva in quanto è facile da utilizzare sicura grazie all'accesso tramite la biometrica dell'impronta digitale, ha l'interfaccia grafica versatile e semplice da utilizzare

È semplice da utilizzare,sicura. Si ha la possibilita di mettere la priorità nell'invio di una pec. L'interfaccia grafica mi ha colpito molto per la sua versatilita, ha una sicurezza maggiore in quanto ha l'accesso con l'impronta digitale

Su aruba fatturazione elettronica ho notato che non c'è la possibilita di inserire l'autenticazione a due fattori tramite i servizi piu noti.

La mia esperienza con aruba fatturazione elettronica è positiva, loro rimangono sempre il top in ogni servizio che offrono sia con hosting sia con la pec sia con i database complimenti hai server che avete sono ultraveloci 👍👍👍👍👍

Uso aruba da anni sia per acquistare domini (hosting), sono molto professionali, il servizio clienti è eccellente risolvono ogni problema si presenti. Per quanto riguarda Aruba PEC la uso quotidianamente è veramente economica ha un costo per il rinnovo senza rivali, l'app è ben fatta è funzionale con autenticazione biometrica dell'impronta digitale per l'accesso all'app questo fa si che l'app rimanga al sicuro da accessi non autorizzati. In poche parole invio e ricevo pec tutti i giorni, ha molte funzionalità, invare una pec con una priorita specifica, inserire una firma digitale. Continuate cosi ottimo servizio offerto 👍👍👍👍

Non mi è piaciuto molto il fatto che ho ricveuto una pec importante, dove era richiesta la firma digitale, volevo acquistare il servizio di firma digitale ma ha un prezzo non accessibile, quindi non ho potuto invare questa pec con firma digitale per via del prezzo di acquisto peccato. In futuro acquisterò il prodotto è testero l'efficacia è il funzionamento

In linea con tutti i "prodotti" Aruba è molto intuitivo, senza interfacce grafiche particolarmente complicate, ma è sicuramente uno strumento essenziale.Anche il costo, sempre in linea con quanto avviene con Aruba, è molto contenuto rispetto a simili software

Migliorerei la parte "assistenza" sia all'interno del sito che fuori. Per esempio, per quel che riguarda la molteplicità dei codici Iva, sarebbe davvero interessante ed intelligente inserire una sorta di tutorial.

La possibilità di collegarsi da qualunque posto ne rende semplice la gestione.

Pros

Il software è molto semplice da usare anche per chi è alle prime armi con la fatturazione elettronica e con la fatturazione in genere. Ottima la possibilità di conservazione dei documenti e la facoltà di generare dei preventivi da convertire, successivamente, in fatture. Migliora sicuramente i tempi di lavoro.

Al momento non ho rimostranze da sollevare sull'utilizzo del software.

Il software nell'utilizzo è abbastanza semplice ed intuitivo, bisogna avere un minimo di dimestichezza con la contabilità per non commettere errori, per il resto è abbastanza intuitivo. Il servizio clienti è stato sempre molto disponibile e professionale.

Buona, arrivavano nell'immediato. Difficile l'apertura del file che richiedeva numerosi tentativi e creazione di cartelle per poter vedere la fattura

Non ho mai avuto inconvenienti con questo prodotto. Forse la difficoltà maggiore era raggiungere la piattaforma tramite il sito dell'ordine

I needed to start sending electronic invoices asap and this was recommended to me by my accountant as the best and cheapest option available. The software has all the features I need plus a whole lot I don't but that are very useful, and the invoicing process itself is very fast.

Pros

It is very easy to use and fast to learn. I just followed the instructions and had my account set up really fast, and I am able to invoice all my clients and do follow-up of the payments.

Cons

The interface is a bit confusing and feels outdated, and it lacks some payment options.

Pros

The application promises to manage electronic invoicing and does it perfectly and with a fairly intuitive interface. One of the positive points is the very attractive price.

Cons

The interface, although intuitive, is a bit old. Some competitors offer much more features, albeit at slightly higher prices.

Attivato l'anno scorso per alcuni mesi ma una volta verificato che non faceva al caso nostro ho provveduto a cambiare

Pros

Il software è molto semplice da utilizzare ed è comodo il fatto che funzioni tramite internet e quindi non è necessario installarla sui computer.

Cons

Ha troppe poche funzionalità e lo trovo un semplicissimo software per fare fatture e qualche altro piccolo documento ma di certo non credo possa ritenersi un gestionale.
