However, one challenge I noticed is that external users are required to log in every time they access the portal or courses. Pros

Cons

I would like it to better integrate with users and groups that are already set up in other Zoho platforms. It currently feels somewhat separate from the rest of the ecosystem, and tighter integration would make configuration and management much easier.
