Good - I have used it for years. I wish it had more of a journey for the users and that I could see them as they are going through their learning journey.

Pros

It holds a lot of info. I like that all our members can find info fast and all in one place. I think it is a great tool

Cons

Still kind of glitchy; I would like to be able to have multiple departments so as to have less overlap from teams

The iser interface is easy to navigate, giving the participants a feel of a real-customized platform

Cons

Not easy for trainers to create modules and submodules. Most of the work has to be figured out manually.

Zoho has been extremely supportive and Zoho provides fast responses. Zoho offers more than expected! I continue to be impressed!

Pros

For Life Science Companies it provides tracking of employee training which is a great tool! As a Quality Management person for a small Medical Device company, I can create my own training program content, set up the progression of consecutive levels of training, add new employees and view the status.

Cons

I honestly need a bit more time to explore all the features and figure out how to create the reports and use it. My own issue of not having time yet.

I liked the progress tracking for both courses and learners. I love Zoho Learn's UI and ease of access

Cons

Adding manuals and articles to spaces is a bit tricky Need to go all the way to the learner's tab under each course Better to add a small option along the three dots when we hover over manuals/courses

However, one challenge I noticed is that external users are required to log in every time they access the portal or courses. It helps centralize manuals and training materials in one place, and the ability to set up periodic reviews ensures that documents stay current and relevant over time.

Pros

It makes it much easier to engage employees in keeping documentation up to date. The platform encourages collaboration and simplifies the process of creating and maintaining manuals.

Cons

I would like it to better integrate with users and groups that are already set up in other Zoho platforms. It currently feels somewhat separate from the rest of the ecosystem, and tighter integration would make configuration and management much easier.
