Pros While it took me a little while to get to familiar with, I now find the historical dashboard particularly invaluable for comparing the performance of content from different site categories over time. In my industry, headline testing is very important, and Chartbeat's tool for this makes the process very easy, as does the heads-up display function. Cons No real complaints. The interface can sometimes appear quite "busy", at times so perhaps there is scope for this to be streamlined somewhat.
