Excellent functionality and wide range of features available. Very reliable with ways to recover accidentally deleted data. Started with the 14-day trial which allowed me to get to grips, then simply progressed with paying for a plan that suited me and my business.

Pros

Ease of use, plenty of UK support online in the form of tutorials. Flexibility also great with ability to really customise the system to make it feel like a more personal business system. Most importantly the system saves me time each day so I can get on with other things instead of messing about with admin stuff.

Cons

Interface looks a little dated and could do with a bit of a modern look. So many features, could be overwhelming to some but you can knock off the features you don't use from the menu.

It is easy to use with simple instructions. It has a number of features which I don’t use but are there if needed.

Pros

Easy to use, especially if you’ve not much experience with CRM systems

Cons

I wasn’t able to link it to my email, as my primary email connected with Google isn’t my business one.
