### "Ring Central is the best!"

Ringcentral is one of the most underrated dials applications. It provides me all the necesarry things I need with customer engaging activity. As a credentialing specialist, not all of the things is easy to explain via email or text, with this tools, communication seems nothing with it's friendly feature apps.

Pros

I really like the way Ring Central is built, super duper easy to navigate, additional feature is added for workload management and time-blocking, & clear recordings. Special shoutouts to its VM feature where it redirects the VM to my email which really helps me to be aware of someone has been calling me whenever I'm so busy at doing other things. In addition to that, the automatic transcribing gives an edge compared to other tools, as someone who is not a native English speaker, that is very useful!

Cons

Nothing that I could think of. Ring Central is so good, In fact, I would highly recommend this tools.

### "Preadory billing after failing to replace leased phone"

Predatory billing, company failed to provide working phone after 3rd contact by the owner. Close account only to be billed a $25 phone charge for the non working phone. Today 8 days later we have mailed it back and they have charged another $31 for service left open until they feel like processing the returned phone that didn't work that they couldn't replace.

### "Works on the Go and Is Great Tool"

Overall the experience has been positive. I think that RingCX is a excellent tool for remote offices, and people who need the ability to have a platform for internal calls and external calling as well.

Pros

I like that there is both an app and the ability to make calls from any place. I think that it has some wonderful easy to use navigation and think it is a good product for offices.

Cons

With the new texting regulations, it is a bit fustrating that you can no longer easily text outside numbers. So at times you receive texts but cannot respond to them.

### "Quality business phone and fax are a necessity for successful operations"

Ring Central allows me to save my contacts and mark them as a favorite. My phone number and fax are the same, which I absolutely love. The software requires little to no training because it is self-explanatory. I highly recommend Ring Central!!!

Pros

Ring Central is my favorite business phone software for a lot of reasons. Ring allows me to send and receive faxes and text messages as well as make calls, store my contacts and show me a list of all incoming, outgoing and missed calls. My phone number and fax number are the same! I have never had an issue with my calls dropping. I have never had an issue with hearing an echo or having static in the line. Ring provides unbeatable clarity in every phone call.

Cons

I haven’t been able to locate my sent faxes. I was searching for a fax I had sent several weeks ago, and I was unable to locate the fax I created and sent. I have not had time to reach out to support to see where my sent faxes go and how long they are saves to Ring.

### "Get service for call centers"

Pros

Its an easy set up and worth the value. There is a lot of phone support and easy to access portal. Also easy to see voicemail in audio and transcription form.

Cons

It skips calls sometimes, when multiple lines connected. There is not much else to dislike about this service.

My overall experience was positive with ring central. Very simple to use and the updates didn't cause any issues.

Pros

What I like most about RingCentral is it was easy to use. Phone quality was always good. Also finding my recorded calls was easy.

Cons

I cannot think of anything at this time that I liked least about ring central. We have switched to a new system but it worked fine while we did have it.

Is a good experience I like the function of it The way it keeps tracks of the data I would recommended to other people

Pros

The way it keeps track of call being made outgoing and also it keeps tracks of incoming calls. Tracks also the duration time of calls

Cons

Sometimes the system will be down and it will take long to come back up. In the years utilizing it this has occurred more than 3 times in a month and when calling them to resolve issues it was never addressed rapidly

### "RingCX - Useful Office Tool"

It's been great overall with helping to direct calls throughout the company. We utilize the notes feature to regularly tie details of a call to leads and jobs.

Pros

The AI notes for phone calls is really helpful to refer back to or share with our team. It's convenient having the forwarding and queue services on multiple devices.

Cons

I really wish they would integrate autocorrect into messages and texts. It's also not easy to import contacts you may already have on a device.

### "Not that great"

While porting the number was relatively easy, I experienced many bugs in this app and many of them doesn't get fixed. The Ring - rings sometimes and sometimes not. For some reason there is an active team chat that gives me notification every time someone posts something in the company main group which is very annoying, since I didn't even subscribe there.Customer service is bad. It takes way too long to respond to any inquiry. Upon migration to our company we had someone from their team as a tech support to stay for 2 days and assist with the process. This person was not able to solve all the issues and constantly sent us to the tech dept. that was online and non responsive.Also, the app logs me out pretty frequently and I need to check if I am still logged in in order to receive calls.

Pros

The Idea is great,porting the number is relatively easy, it comes with a voicemail.

Cons

There are some bugs that really need to be fixed. Some functions are not easy to understand and sometimes the app wouldn't allow more than 10 people in the meeting.

### "Do not waste you time and money unless you have endless time to waste"

Frustrating, mind numbing, contemplating ramming my scissors through my eye socket. Imagine trying to get help from people that have no idea how to help. Sounds silly, but that's what's going on. They keep "escalating" the issue to the next person who is equally underqualified and we are still wothout service after their specifc instructions to resolve the issue only complicated and made it worse. Bait and switch customer service.

Pros

I did like to user interface, it was easy to send and receive SMS from customers, and the phone worked as expected. But still, I would not use them again.

Cons

Customer service is an endless loop of people who cannot provide solutions. Our SMS has been down for a week and a half, and I have spent hours on the phone with them trying to resolve. Great communication when your talking to sales, but once you sign up, you get the worst treatment ever. I'm on hold as I'm writting this. They will not let me speak to a supervisor, and no one understands the complexity of the issue we're dealing with.

Your client calls automatically go to your cell phone whether you are away from your desk or out of the office.

I don't use RingCX as much as the rest of my company because I am not on the phones consistently like most staff. When I have used it, I found it to be user friendly and I could navigate what I needed without too much difficulty. There are a lot of options and abilities to complete tasks.

Pros

I liked that screen layout was pleasing to the eye. I also liked that it was user friendly for the most part

Cons

although user friendly, there can be a lot of steps to do some things. I found this to be only a small con in the scope of all things.

Overall my experience is good with Ring central, and I have no complaints that outweigh the positive attributes. Ring Central has made it easy for us to work with employees that work remote as well.

Pros

I like that you can see all the users in the same place and can make changes pretty easily. I like the fact they integrated messages, phone calls, and voicemails to be in one place.

Cons

Sometimes it's really hard to find things and user information, and it is overcomplicated in areas it shouldn't be. I have also found it hard to communicate with customer service.

I like the popup feature from the extension that appears whenever I hover my cursor over any contact number. It makes using RingCentral quick and effortless.

Pros

High quality voice calls, have never used video call option so not aware about this feature. Easy to make calls and leave voice mails.

Cons

Setup was bit complicated and needed IT help.

Pros

Messaging , call logs, call recording , image sharing all play important rolls when it comes to scheduling. Our company has been running smoothly with the help of these features. Our clients and staffs get to communicate with us effectively and I love that about it.

Cons

I love almost everything except for the fact that sometimes messaging just stops abruptly without warning. Maybe when a subscription is not renewed, or because of other technical issues that I do not know about. RingCentral should at least try and warn the company two days before stopping services IF the problem is about monthly subscription. And the repair should be fast, sometimes it takes almost a week to resolve this issue, which is bad for the company since we need to stay in constant communication with our clients and temps.
