### "Ring Central is a great system for small businesses. Love the phone App, makes it easy on the go!"

Easy on the go use. It's like you're never away from your desk.

Pros

The best part about this software is the phone App. You can control everything from your phone, including calling from your business number from anywhere. Conferencing and Meetings are especially easy from your phone, so missing a meeting due to being stuck in traffic is no longer an excuse! I love Glip, the new messaging ability as well.

Cons

It would be nice to have a little better connection with Gmail, but as far as phone systems go, I get everything I need and more.

overall experience I would not change this app for anything in the world. I love the many options to communicate with myh residents while I am on the go.

Pros

I am totally in love with the fact that the app allows me to do so many things, send fax, text me residents and guest, call from the app using the office number as a drop down option.

Cons

Nothing this app makes my job in property mangement so much easier

I like it and I would use it again. Like I mentioned, the mobile app is a huge plus for me.

Pros

The computer application is easy to useI LOVE the mobile app; it allows me to keep in contact with my prospects/clients while I am on the goRegular updates; they just realised a new update too. I admire any product that continues to bring updatesVoicemail emails; they send me an email with the voicemail transcribed. This is super useful and saves me time having to listen to voicemails I miss

Cons

The customer support was a bit slow, like maybe two days. It wasn’t awful but could be better

### "Office Phones"

My overall experience with RingCEntral has been fine and it does serve its purpose with multiple office phones and communicating between offices. However, I think that some features could be updated such as making the transfer time to put in a number is longer.

Pros

The thing I like most about RingCentral is being able to set up the phones for future days and holidays that the office will be closed and having the desk app on laptops to be able to text to numbers.

Cons

The least thing that I like about ringcentral is that when you press transfer and start to type in the phone number it only gives you a short amount of time before it hangs up! This is frustrating when youre trying to look up a phone number and do not have enough time.

Great! I love how it has a lot of things from other softwares and they really made it their own. Excited to see more from them.

Pros

These guys are great. The software is super user friendly and it works so well with the teams that I'm on! Highly recommended!

Cons

I would say the file attachments could be converted better to make the experience that much more clean but it's still really good.

Pros

It has made communication internally so easy! Call recording and call tracking are very important for us and these features are great at ring central.

Cons

I wish they had more to offer in the sense of mass SMS - would love to expand our marketing through this avenue and are just waiting for Ring Central to implement it!

The overall experience was really good. I would love to see how they will keep improving.

Pros

The beautiful user interface and how friendly it is to use. Also, the functionalities that it has for all type UCS.

Cons

The support sometimes was unresponsive and they lack expertise on some areas. And that they kind of have separate Call Center solution from the UC side.

Pros

If it worked properly, it would have some nice features to organize our small startup business. Having an online portal is a nice feature.

Cons

We lost several days of work, which is money lost, due to Ring Central. Calls would not go to who they were suppose to. Being a small business, it was very important that this software was reliable, but it seemed like we had a different problem each day. When we would reach out to their Customer Service, which was outsourced, it was incredibly difficult to communicate with them. They were pretty unhelpful and did not seem too concerned we were losing money because of them. We would not suggest them to anyone.

They always find a way to charge you extra on your upcoming bill.

Cons

Customer support is horrible. They dont have any idea about their services and always holds you on the line for no reason

Pros

I like that this software is easy to use, and if you have a question you can usually Google it to figure out a solution.

Cons

Customer service, when they answer without being on hold for 15 minutes, isn't the best. They are very nice, but it's very clear they are reading off of a script. If you ask for Tier 2 support, they can usually assist better.

Overall, RingCentral has been very useful and has helped me keep track of calls, voicemails, text messages and helped me with scanning and faxing important documents and staying in touch with donors and co-workers.

Pros

I really love how we can have ring central on our computers and phones and get notifications on any device you are connected to. I also enjoy all the perks and notifications you receive via email - I am able to text donors and fax items right off the app- it truly is great!

Cons

For me, there are not really any negatives about RingCentral, i've been using it for some time now and have not ran into any complications or issues when using the platform.

Overall I really like it, it's just lacking here and there and there are too many updates which requires our IT to waste a lot of time just keeping one app updated across the company.

Pros

Fairly easy to use, and pretty reliable service. Voice quality has gotten much better now, close to perfect.

Cons

Selection / availability of hardware phones at a reasonable price is slim. Sending faxes can't be done outside of the RingCentral Phone app (can't do it in the RingCentral/Glip app). Attempting to merge the two is still lacking in a lot of areas.

### "Mixed Feelings"

Pros

We have had RingCentral for a while now and it was a very rocky start (not going to lie). However, they have come a long way and improved significantly. Amongst some of the improvements, the most important and positive are their call quality, their customer service, and call processing. Some of the features (e.g. call notifications) were very inconsistent and calls were not being received. I'm proud to say that this has improved SIGNIFICANTLY :)

Cons

The most disappointing feature of RingCentral is still the inability to download my call records for more than a few months at a time. That seems really unusual, not to mention inconvenient!! This is not conducive to being able to do reporting on call volume and such.

RingCentral is a great VOIP system. The dial plan, company directory and desktop app are all great. The texting and messaging feature is also great. I would recommend to a prospect for sure.

Pros

The best part of RingCentral is the ease of use and the customization of the dial plan. I can customize my dial plan for when I am in or out of the office, or on vacation in one simple click. I can make several versions of dial plans for varying situations. One of the best features of the dial plan is that I can set one on a timer for vacation that will automatically terminate upon my return. Great software.

Cons

My least favorite thing about RingCentral is that I cannot figure out how to use the conferencing feature and so I have used competitors that I am more familiar with.

### "I couldn't run my business without RingCentral"

I honestly rely on RingCentral to run my office 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!

Pros

Running a business that is 24/7 meaning that a client can call 24/7 is tough. With RingCentral, I am able to divide the week with my employees. It is easy to switch my phones to each on call employee when needed. If I leave the office or cannot go to the office, I can have the phones ring to my personal cell phone. I can also make business calls from my cell phone using the RingCentral app so that it would appear to the customer that I am calling that I am calling from my office so they would never have my cell phone number.

Cons

Once you get to learn the software it becomes easy to use. At first it can be a little overwhelming as there are many steps.

In general Ring Central is a stable, reliable and flexible platform since it is cross-platform, in the last few days I have not had connection problems or crashes or failures. Calls are heard clearly and there is little flickering

Pros

I like that it's a very complete platform, it's quite stable and its reports are easy to consult.

Cons

One of the things I'm not a fan of is that, despite being a stable platform, it has delays in connecting calls (they are not very common, but they do exist)

Pros

The faxing ability on this platform is great. We use it everyday and could not imagine operating without it. They also offer a variety of other services which we also use.

### "Good Provider Of Small Business Telecom Needs"

Good for the small business that wants to present a larger front without having to outlay large capital expenditures for a PBX or other similar phone systems.

Pros

If you are a very small business you still want to have the professional appearance of a larger outfit. Ring Central provides this, including giving the ability to have customers first go through a menu, then routing calls to any associate's location. You therefore need to give your clients just one number (no office/cell, etc.). Also allows privacy because a call can be routed to your cell without giving out your cell number.

Cons

Have had very few technical problems. Service is quite reliable. For any few issues customer support is usually professional in responding and resolving.
