Pros

Intuitive web portal for configuring VoIP system. Custom fax pages. Great mobile and softphone apps.

Cons

Haven't really stumbled upon any weaknesses. Maybe the need to call support when I couldn't figure out how to set something up myself? Hasn't happened often and support has always been great.

The call logs work great for us, as we rely on timely returns and availability. Overall service is lacking in many areas, mostly on reception and call quality.

Pros

Multifunctioning system, somewhat user friendly. Easy to deploy. Great call logs.

Cons

Very spotty reception, to say the least. Customer support is painful to deal with. Very unreliable.

Overall, this software is must for our day to day. It makes our team organized and flawlessly coordinated with clients. It is streamlined and easy to implement.

Pros

Our real estate team has an overseas team for making calls and this keeps everything accountable and simple. It makes it transparent who has been communicated with, the jobs completed, and the central number for our team office is kept available.

Cons

I think the price point is higher than competitors.

Pros

Ability to receive calls direct to my cell phone outside of the office.

Cons

It still seems like I run into bugs or glitches occasionally and the programming to navigate incoming calls could be better. Sometime I have trouble forwarding calls to co-workers, something that should be simple and straightforward.

Pros

I used RingCentral when I first opened my old business. I needed a VOIP phone system that let customers know that they were dealing with a professional company, regardless of how small our staff was. RingCentral did that, and made me look like a great service provider before I ever even spoke to our customers. I would recommend this service to anyone starting a business.

Cons

I honestly can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about this software.

Pros

Very easy to use and functional. You can access your RingCentral from all devices and extremely reliable services. Getting better and better all the time. Customer service is great and you can actually speak to a live person, not via email or voicemail like others, also they are very understanding the needs and wants of your individual business. Our office has been with RingCentral for about 10 years now and we never had any issues. We have been recommending many of our clients and colleagues to RingCentral.

Cons

We have a duly recognized national non-profit organization, thus if RingCentral would have reasonable discounts for qualified non-profits would be great. Other large companies have discounts for non-profits.

Pros

Has lots of useful features - being able to choose from tons of phone numbers, set your caller ID, voicemail, user permissions, dynamic local area codes depending on where you're calling, and more.

Cons

Call quality was pretty poor and was constantly dropping for how much we paid for the service. Customer service was pretty poor when I'd call about it, which happened far too frequently given the poor service quality.

Pros

Ring central app is a very user friendly app. The voice is very clear, even the recording and best of all the recordings are all in real time. Even if your in a different country as long a you have an internet connection, nothing can stop Ring Central.

Cons

The app is very expensive , it not a budget friendly app.

Pros

I love that RingCentral is accessible across several platforms. Text messages to office lines get emailed and can also be accessed on the App so we are never out of touch with our candidates.

Cons

Call transfers are not entirely too reliable but other than that the software works wonderfully!

Pros

Ringcentral is great for small to medium sized businesses. The system allows you to have team messaging, online faxing, phone and video conferencing. My favorite feature is the online faxing. The fax will appear right in you email. No more wasting paper or worry that someone else picked up a fax off the printer. There is usually a free trial period with Ringcentral as well.

Cons

The software is pretty easy to use. Some of the customization can be tricky to set up but great overall

Pros

Super easy across all software platforms. Incredible user interface. Highly active updates and new features.

I have had no problems with the app.

Pros

I do not have to have two phones . I have to use the app from my personal phone. I am in compliance with my job while communicating. I can easily turn off my app when I m at home. I love all the features I have access to while at work. I can fax documents and communicate with my co-workers.

Pros

The best attribute by far is the ability to Fax to your phone number... With E-FAX it prints right to my printer, and alerts me on my monitor!

Cons

If you don't log in when your computer turns on, you can miss a fax. Many times, I didn't realize that I did not login and faxes get backed up.

A simple phone system that just works.

Pros

Their integration between systems (PC, mobile phone and desk unit) is great as it allows us to be in the office at all times no matter where we are.

Cons

We really wish they had a General mailbox that all extensions would get a notification of a message on.

Overall our office has been pleased with RingCentral and the functions it features for what we need on a daily basis.

Pros

RingCenttal is easy to use and cost is in line with functions. I personally use it most for voicemail and faxing. It is useful that you can get the voicemail recordings to your email in case you are not nearby phone and also have a great app.

Cons

I have had occasional issues with not getting dad notifications or the confirmation receipt showing sent or failed. Customer service is hit or miss, depends on the person you get.

It's a great software, and my agency is thankful for it.

Pros

The agency as a whole can communicate so easily and quickly. I can text and call clients. We can share documents, do video meetings, conference calls. Voicemail and caller ID is very important when calling clients.

Cons

Sometimes video quality can be better, and maybe more clear organization with texts and calls presented on the screen. For example, for text messages you have to go into the phone call tab to view them. It would be easier to view them with its own tab.

Pros

I love how it includes fax capabilities included with the phone service for the same price as others who only include phone. I also chose Ring Central because it had an app that I could use on my personal cell phone...the app allows me to keep my business line and personal line separate but to only carry one phone.

Cons

I have been confused as to whether my service includes text. The quote I received to include text would be more than twice what I currently pay. However, some clients have taken it upon themselves to text me, and I am not charged extra. I need a clear answer on if I can send/receive texts or not (and I do NOT want to pay extra for it).

The benefits of having a phone service provider to keep in contact with our customers, each employee has their own extension, voicemails, recorded messages, and more.

Pros

With Ring Central, we have one central cloud-based software that keeps us in contact with our customers and vice versa. Each of our employees has their own extension and lets the system know that when they are available to accept calls.

Cons

A couple of times the software has gone down and we had to spend a couple of hours without communicating or responding with our customers.

If we were using web-based calls were in and out if we were out using it on a laptop over wifi. Couldn't be helped in some cases.

The price is good. Many features. RingCentral is a great upgrade for most businesses.

Pros

RingCentral offers a wide variety of features. It's easy to add phone users, phone numbers, and phone extensions. It has a wealth of features that help you improve the way you use telephone systems for business. You can also use conference call settings and faxing from RingCentral. The app is also easy to use and very convenient.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features are not as easy to use - initially. There are many features in the system, and for many people, the basic options are all they need. Some of the advanced rules can be a little difficult to understand, but once you figure them out, they're not hard to use.
