### "Good software bundled with vanity 800 numbers.."

Otherwise it is the #1 800 number dashboard tool. Will use it again.

Pros

Whenever a client asks me where to buy an 800 number I tell them either RingCentral or one other choice. I like the search process to find a number and the features such as call recording, demographics and more.

Cons

Cost can be high for only 1 line but if purchased in packs price drops. I was unlucky not to get the vanity number I wanted that spells the business.

We previously had an outdated phone system, and the RingCentral desktop software is a huge game changer for my office. We have so much more functionality than we've ever had, and the program could not be easier to use.

Cons

I have limited experience with these types of programs, so there could be better options out there, but this one satisfies all of our call-based needs.

Provides out entire office with voice services with the added benefit of adding lines whenever needed!

Pros

The ability to add new employees to our directory, even our remote employees, plus great customer service!

Cons

Given the nature of voice over IP, your phone system is dependent on a good internet connection, but assuming you have a good internet plan, this software is the phone system you want.

it was good for basic conference calls, but for complicated video calls it is not as good.

Pros

This product is very similar to many of its competitors and it is easy to login and join a call with other people.

Cons

When on a video call, it is very difficult to switch screens between users. When we have tried, the video feed freezes and will not update if users do not sign out and sign back on.

We're using RingCentral for our telephony and web meeting requirements. They have a very responsive customer support team who helped us in the initial stages. With a great product like RingCentral managing all of our calls is like a breeze.

Pros

RingCentral has taken care of all the needs of a business when it comes to internet telephony. The software is intuitive, easy to configure and use. Our team loves the system. Call quality is also good.

Cons

Even though RingCentral is a great product, it is expensive. Guess, all good products come with big price tags. Sadly, small businesses may not be able to afford it.

It works for me a great deal because some companies refuse to scan a paper to you, but will fax it to you.

Pros

Once I got to figure out the changes they made, it is a great program and easy to use. The best is that they email you after the fax is sent.

Cons

They changed the sign in procedure and since I am not tech savvy, I had a hard time. I still have a little trouble signing in but I get it because I don't use it too often.

We use RingCentral for our phone system, it is great that we are able to have employees work from home due to the portability of the software. With having a soft phone, we can ensure proper coverage, even in the worst of weather.

Cons

There is a lack of available statistics. I would like to see a larger amount of analytics that could help me track my employees.

All in all it's been a good experience, we use it for many of our businesses.

Pros

I never have any trouble using it. It's a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing so I never have to worry about it. It's also easy to change to route to another number if someone is on vacation.

Cons

We still get spam calls from time to time, which can be annoying, but I don't know if there's any way around it no matter the service you use.

Though communication had been shifting towards e-mail, it’s great to have a way to connect with customers who still use things like fax machines to receive paperwork, especially without having to have that kind of outdated equipment on hand. Makes things much easier!

Pros

We use Ring Central I’m order to send faxes to our customers and their landlords. Though we don’t have to use it often (most of our communications happens via e-mail), it’s reliable and we’ve never had any issues!

Cons

Aesthetically, I think the site could use a face lift, but it does everything that we need it to— not much to complain about!

Pros

RingCentral allows me to call people from my computer. It has click to dial and a chrome plug-in, both of which are convenient.

Cons

The errors. Calls drop, dial tracking into SalesForce worked sometimes or not at all we just had a bunch of issues with this program. We ended up switching the software that we used to make outbound calls because of this.

I was with ring central for a few years and brought on a new business partner who determined we were experiencing some call loss and started to investigate why and how. After months of research, it was determined that it was the fault of ring central. We spent hours and weeks on the phone with them trying to get the issue fixed, and eventually gave up, thankfully, got some compensation for the errors, even though it amounted nothing to the amount of profit I lost from Ring central and the customer call loss issues. and switched to another VOIP service. Will not do business with them again, and would not recommend to anyone that meant anything to me.

Unreliable.

Good application, need for the application is just changing now that Skype, GotoMeeting, Webex, and personal cell phones abound.

Pros

RingCentral is a well built application to manage desk phones for a small company. The forwarding to employee personal phone numbers while still maintaining a separate work phone number is great

Cons

Nothing to not like about the software but unfortunately it seems that RingCentral is filling a need that is just less needed these days. Having an official "work number" is nice, but often times, employees will just share cell numbers with each other for times when a phone call is needed, and share skype invitations or even personal cell numbers with third party vendors for phone calls.

Pros

It has been extremely useful in mobilizing my law practice, which has been extra useful during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is quite functional and reliable.

Cons

I think that the interfacing could use a bit of improvement, as it is not entirely intuitive. It is not terrible, though.

I'm not very pleased with RingCentral. I've used easier platforms.

Pros

It helps me connect with clients to give a screen shared presentation. It gets the job done. Straight forward.

Cons

Calls drop. Screen freezes. Has kicked me out of meetings. We cant customize the email invitations. End users usually complaint about launching the meetings.

I was one of the original users of RingCentral many years ago. I had an office of 21 which is now downsized to only me. Though early on there were bumps along the road, eventually all problems were sorted out and they were always patient and credited me for lack of service. Now that they have been up and running, a glitch rarely happens. Their prices have accordingly increased but to my extreme pleasure, they have recognized my long time faithfulness and reduced my costs based on my limited use. No other corporate entity to my knowledge has extended such appreciation to a long term customer. I remain ever faithful and a recommending user.

Pros

The peace of mind this product have given me. I now know that the premises are safe and secure. I can now sleep knowing my house is covered.

Cons

It took me too long to get it in service. I took several hours of working to get it up and running. However, after I got it going, seems to work fine!

RingCentral is a great phone system option, especially when having multiple office employees who need their own line or just need a basic phone set-up.

Cons

RingCentral is extremely basic and doesn't have some of the features you would expect an office phone system to have. Not necessarily something I would recommend.

Cons

Improvement needed in terms of being more intuitive such as easier to find links for common tasks and having online versus software versus phone apps be more consistent with what they can accomplish
