We use June in our day-to-day work to manage all email campaigns and coordinate various distribution lists within the group of companies. With the templates designed according to our own CD guidelines, we send out several newsletters every week. Thanks to the interface to our store system, we can integrate products directly into the newsletters.

Pros

Great customer service!You can always reach a contact person in the chat and questions/problems/concerns are handled asap, a feedback is always quickly there. The editor is simple and intuitive. After a short training period, you can easily find your way around the tool. The user interface has become even more modern and is clearly arranged. Cons

Unfortunately, bugs occur from time to time. We often have problems that changes in the editor - within the campaign are not saved. Then you have to click back into the campaign and save again, the changes are then fortunately still in the editor. June is really customizable in all directions. We use the software for our customers and save ourselves endless time. We are not coders, but marketing experts and want to care more about content. June allows us to do that.

Cons

Because of the scope of functions, it takes a little time to know and understand all the functions. But the customer support is always there and helps quickly.

JUNE bietet alle notwendigen Features, um sehr einfach auch komplexe E-Mail Kampagnen umzusetzen. Dies funktioniert auch sehr gut, wenn mehrere Schnittstellen und Agenturen gemeinsam an der Kampagne arbeiten.

Pros

June hat uns hinsichtlich der technischen Möglichkeiten sowie der Abbildung unserer notwendigen Prozessschritte sehr überzeugt. Auch die Weiterentwicklungsbereitschaft für neue Funktionen ist sehr groß und damit flexibel für die meisten Anforderungen.

Cons

Es gibt keine eigenen Versandlösung sondern nur über Drittanbieter. Das ist aber für die meisten Unternehmen keine Problem.
