June 29, 2022 5.0 PostGrid is my go-to service for sending postcards, letters, bills, etc. It provides comprehensive mailing services. The prices are very affordable and I would highly recommend using it. Pros It's been almost a year since I've used it and I love it! Adding a prospect's address is very easy PostGrid and it is very easy for us to send them information about your business. We integrate it with Hubspot. The prices are reasonable. There is no limit to the number of postcards you can send. They will be dispatched the next day. All of my certified letters are sent via PostGrid, which is a lot easier than doing it yourself. PostGrid is a great service provider! Cons There are no cons that come to mind. Since I have to make a point, I would say there is one. I wish there was an app for the iPad. I think that would be a great feature. Pros The simplicity and ease of implementation following their API Docs made it really easy for our team to transition from our old manual system of database merging to PostGrid. Cons PostGrid is not ideal for small custom jobs. While we email customer invoices as well, we have found that some customers prefer to receive a hard copy invoice along with a return envelope sent through PostGrid, if they do not prefer online payments. There is no ambiguity in the business model: send an API request, things are printed. In the years we've used PostGrid, we have never had a problem. Availability and uptime are excellent. The support team and management are both outstanding, and I can't say enough good things about them. Cons There are no answers to this question that I know of. It does exactly the job it claims. I don't have any complaints. If you run into problems during implementation, don't hesitate to reach out to their support team. Since I built our implementation, the service has grown tremendously. I also appreciate the team behind PostGrid! The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Moreover, since we started using the tool (about six months ago), we have seen several improvements.
