We like how the employees are adopting the tool, and how they are as open-minded to company news as ever. Company culture is blooming, and employee engagement is blowing up the roof. As already mentioned, from a nice-to-have to a complete must-have tool. Pros We are finally finding a way to communicate with our workforce effectively. Our employee engagement has reached the highest level yet, and the company culture is as healthy as possible. From a tool we thought would be a luxury and a nice to have, to a complete must-have. We cannot imagine our day-to-day without Jenz. Cons We dont like how the status feature is not so adoptable across our users and we see some room for improvement there.
