Overall, I am satisfied with the software, specially the customer service. Their people are very much aware that any issue will impact your business performance directly, and you would really feel that you are taken care of. It's a software worth every penny you pay.

Pros

I would like highlight their customer service. They have a world class customer service, the support team is very supportive and will take care of you as they take care of your business. They are very responsive and tremendously helpful. The software itself is easy to use if you're a tech savvy, it wouldn't take long before you familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of the software. They have a knowledge base help options that has a detailed guideline on how to perform a certain task or how to make some changes. The software itself is very sensitive to data. It has perfected the act of detecting any duplicates specially on barcodes. ( which is very crucial for any e-commerce business) The Software is easy to navigate. It is really good that the images is automatically attached to the product with the same code, which means you can just drop a bunch of images and the system will locate the product and attach the image for you. This I think is very smart.

Cons

It takes time before some changes to be completely pushed live. The section with the history of clients that you have granted access to the website is displayed in reverse, meaning Oldest on top and latest at the very end page. So whenever I wanted to check who are the new customers that my team has granted access, I needed to go to the very last page to view this.

Pros

It eliminates the tedious task of lugging around huge paper catalogs and keeping them updated.

Cons

When a product is deleted, you can no longer see what it was, in order to offer substitutions. A deleted product file would be great (with image) to facilitate recommending alternate product to the customers.

The ease of finding to products, creating and emailing orders to clients. It is great to have a client's information in one location.

Cons

It's inability to communicate with Quickbooks. A lot of re-entering happens.

Images and stock availability in real time. Easy to create multiple orders and presentations. High Resolution images for customers and having everything in one location.

Cons

Sometimes items have a lack of information--wish there could be more romance included. Sometimes it takes a while for images to load.

Pros

Ease of use, and smart features. Everything I could wish for is part of the software already. Brilliant design.

Cons

I would like to see a way to replace existing images, that clearly identifies that the image has been replaced. When I choose an image, and upload a new one to replace it, the new image gets a check mark on the thumbnail, but the main image remains visible in the web admin interface. I always wonder if it actually changed anything.

There can be a methid for customers to log onto the system and upload invoices tv which makes the work easy

Good to have multiple companies in one east to use location

Pros

Very easy to navigate with little or no training. Provides photos, item codes and SKU's. Can have multiple companies under same user log on

Cons

It can be hard to apply different discounts within the same PO. It is alsocomplicated to release partial orders/different ship dates.

Pros

The ease of use. Only works on iPad. Not many reps know how to use it. They need to train more reps.

Cons

They nickel and dime you. They over charge you. They won't credit their charging errors. They charge you for unused licenses. Don't make the mistake it takes too long to switch. For a bunch of ex-salesman, they lost sight of the customer.

I am HIGHLY suspect of this review for a few reasons. 1.) We have never had a Jim or James Reed as a registered user on RepZio. 2.) We have never had a Jim Reed in our accounting system. 3.) We have never lost a client to a competitor. Lastly, the only Jim Reed I could find on LinkedIn, and is in the furniture industry, designed lighting for Ralph Lauren in 2015, a very happy RepZio customer! Nonetheless, I welcome the opportunity to address each point. We personally train every user before they go onto RepZio and once trained, they have full access to RepZio U and their concierge. We love our reps and want nothing more than to make sure they know how to use and profit with RepZio. Our pricing has been on our website since day one. There are NO other "hidden" fees, annual contacts or "nickels or dimes". We are $25.00 a user. You manage your sales reps (users) so you wont pay for users you don't want/need. The ease of use. You don't have to guess where to go next. Everything is easily laid out and at your fingertips.

Cons

I wish the back office/customer reporting systems were better and more informative. Detailed customer reports would be great. Including best sellers not purchased by customer. Quick order forms for repeat orders.
