Pros The ability to mirror our website in terms of exporting from our internal business management software. Also, the customer being able to see the availability on hand is often lucrative. Pros The ease of scanning orders and the simplicity of the software to write an order, submit to the factory and email a copy to the customer. Cons There seems to be some problem with deleting duplicate customer numbers. Repzio assigns a 7 digit number and then when we get the new customer number it retains the old number. Cons When sending a prospective order or order to a customer, I wish the customer could tap on the image and enlarge photo when they receive the order. Currently it is extremely small, ineligible to view. Cons Takes a long time to refresh when opening the program. Have to wait for 3-4 minutes with a client before I can open the program and select the customer I am working with, should have. I can look up pricing, make quotes for clients and refer to quote that I have sent! Cons Repzio is some slow when you need to look up products .... and its hard to merge duplicated accounts. Easy to switch between different flipbooks Cons Some flipbooks change backgrounds to pages from other flipbooks. We work in an international organisation, each country has its own flipbooks and all books are visible for each country, i just want to see my flibooks but That is not possible. Cons The system would duplicate customers. Orders often would go missing. The system was only for order writing, meaning it basically held orders. The steps to get the order submitted would end up taking several steps. Submitting in the iPad didn't mean the order was submitted, it still needed to be sent to Reptime and the send again to manufactures and customers. March 26, 2018 5.0 Pros Repzio is easy to use. You can generate quotes quickly for customers with the ability to email a copy to them. This is a great app to use on the road or at markets to get prices to customers quickly and to remind them of the product you went over together. Cons I wish there was a better presentation option instead of just scrolling through product lists. Maybe have the option to create custom folders of "Go To" product and flip through those images in a large format instead of a small thumbnail.
