Ease of placing orders and having them go into mfgr's system immediately, and having both myself and dealer instantly emailed a copy. No more wondering or checking to make sure mfgr received email/text/fax. Pros Same format from manufacturer to manufacturer, so once you learn to enter order with one, it's virtually the same for the others. Cons All Mfgr logos that a person represents appear on the screen when you pull up RepZio. I don't necessarily want other reps (or sales mgrs) knowing who else I represent. Pros I like the fact that you can use offline. Access a lot of information in a few quick steps when it is updated and available. The tear sheets and bookmarks help to build a professional presentation. User friendly and easy to use at market. Cons There is a lack of information needed for some products including ETA, dimensions or accurate quantity on hand. It would be nice to have the page # of the catalog to reference. Scanning orders at shows is also quite friendly. Cons However, I do wish the format in sending a bookmark report was in the same format in RepZio that looks like a pdf with 12 or 15 pics on a page. Not only do the orders get sent to your clients ,but you receive a copy as well - all of which include pictures, pricing, and terms. Pros I use this a lot and like how easy it is to also use on my phone. I like the price, customization, map feature, email integration, and ease of use. Cons Not any that I find at the moment. As I represent 2 major distributors in Canada I work with customers a lot with the App and it is quick and efficient. Really like to utilize the options of quotes, bookmarks, etc. Cons Only just a few times has the page stopped and vanished. I realize this could be an internet interruption. Pros i like the fact the without connection to a network or internet all the functions are ready to be use any moment and how; also i like the way is designed has a very interesting design and makes me very easy to use. the way to setup products and configurations are so very easy also. Pros It is quick and easy. I hate technology and quite often find it challenging and overwhelming, therefore I shy away from some software programs. and REPZIO makes it easy for me. Cons sometimes inaccurate stock availability. it would be nice to have multiple views. HELP is not quick enough, sometimes takes a couple of days. Provides photos, item codes and SKU's. Can have multiple companies under same user log on Cons It can be hard to apply different discounts within the same PO. Pros While at a trade show, we can offer a digital "look book" with Rep Zio while writing digital orders. We can print orders wirelessly directly from the Rep Zio app using an I-pad that is wirelessly connected plus the customers digital order can be emailed from Rep Zio to their inbox. Using Rep Zio is the best thing we have done for sales. Cons The only complaint we've heard is from sales people who must first purchase and I-pad. Our sales team was very enthusiastic about purchasing their own I-pad. We provide Rep Zio to them. Everyone is happy, especially customers!
