Pros

Reliable and simple to use with many features. Being able to quickly start and order puts Repzio heads about their competition.

Cons

Not for sure but having multiple iPads with multiple orders do not always seem to sink. But could be me.

Pros

Layout and organization are intuitive. Tutorial videos are nice. Really like the ability to have everything in one place and work with a customer. The feature allowing an order copy to be sent directly is very nice. We use the program at markets to work new customers and allow the proper pricing levels to be quoted.

Cons

It doesn't mesh with Rug Manager system we use (could be an issue on our end but they don't sync together which leads to pricing levels not matching, etc.)

Pros

It updates by itself - pictures with details. Easy to navigate. I find that I use vendors in rep zio more than I do vendors who don't use it. Saving of orders - options of doing inventory, display, wish list etc. are very helpful.

Cons

Sometimes the updates take a while. And I wish the vendors did a better job of putting product and information into rep zio.

Pros

Functionally it works well enough for what I need. It doesn't crash like some of your competitors and it allows me to see photos, description etc. Overall this is a solid app.

Cons

Sometimes it's not straight forward how to navigate and complete what I am trying to efficiently. The scanning process with the camera doesn't work well. Navigating between product pages and orders becomes a bit confusing when creating an order.

Seamless to show, write and enter orders. Customer gets a nice copy with photos. Easy to edit and change orders on the fly.

Cons

The bar charts on bottom should reflect units, not dollars, or BOTH

Pros

It helps the sales process flowing smoothly in the showroom as long as everything is configured correctly.

Cons

As in most software, the quality depends on the data behind and sometimes you get some issues. Also (and not really related to the software) the reliability of the scanners make a real difference on how the whole thing works.

It is user friendly. Images are Great. Can see on-hand inventory and also keeps take of inventory levels. Also, it has a method of showing items previously ordered.

Cons

In my report settings, I can not figure out how to change dates. I believe that might be an administration problem, not something I can do as a sales agency?

Pros

I am provided inventory at my fingertips, That I can bookmark pictures with an email. I can bookmark Closeouts and send to customers. Copy prior orders and make adjustments to the order and send off.

Cons

That I have to add an additional email to rep support if notes are required. Sometime the style does not show up.

Pros

I like the clear images and the ease of sending tear sheets to customers. It is very helpful that it is updated so frequently. This is great for being on top of products that are customers are looking for. Getting order copies so quickly is also a wonderful feature.

Cons

I did not have any training, so I was using the program in a way that was taking much more time to take orders then it should. I would like if there was a feature that made catalog pages that could could be sent to a customer.

There is not a area to type notes about a customers Or an area where you could put a picture of the customers display

Pros

What I like most about the software is that is it easy for our Sales reps to use. Everything has its place and navigation is easy.

Cons

This software does not allow sales reps to track invoicing or see a list of all active customers in their territory.

Pros

We use this for ordering at the trade shows several times a year and Repzio makes this process very quick and easy. The customers also love getting a copy of the order with the pictures of the products so they remember what they bought at the tradeshow. Repzio has saved us from cramped fingers from writing orders like we used to do.

Cons

The reporting feature has never worked well. We've tried to get this fixed several times and although we've been told that they are working on it, there's no change after 2 years of using this app.

What I like most about this software is it's ease of use. I can work with customers and show them items right on the app then send them a quote instantly.

Cons

Seems several times when we wanted to customize certain areas we were told it could not be done. Would like the app to be more customizeable.

Easy to find customer and place orders. We can add new customers quickly. When placing orders, you an use a scanner.

Cons

I have not really experienced any issues this program. Maybe syncing the scanner to the program could be a little less time consuming. For some reason every time we shut down for the day, we have reprogram.

Ease of filling orders during market, no need to do all of the paperwork upon our return. Also, being able to have live inventory feeds are quite nice.

Pros

Ease of use, ability to link with our database and the customer service is top notch! We love the ease of adding our catalogs and price sheets for follow ups during trade show markets.

Cons

The reporting feature of the app and web manager. Dating has always been off and we had requested each year for two years to be able to break down the reporting by trade show, this has never been implemented.

I can't get the pdf to work. This new function isn't set up in my repzio. I looked on line for instructions but was unable to find help.

Cons

Change of ship to address is a drag. Editing customer email has to be done at main office Hassle to get back to add items

Very user-friendly interface, lots of features to customize information and data. I like the ability to add specific info for each wine. It's also thorough in providing invoices to accounts upon placing an order.

Cons

Recurring freezes and glitches. Sometimes, when I am trying to submit an order, the submit order button freezes, and I have to leave the invoice screen, then re-enter to finish it.
