I don't need to lug around a ton of paperwork and catalogs. I can submit orders for processing fast and easily. Its great to forward orders to the customers for review. Pros Its easy and quick to use. Great for customers to see the products they will be buying or have already bought. Cons Barcode scanner if very finicky and won't always catch the barcode. sometimes images of products I am looking for don't appear. Pros The ability to see photos of the product and show it to customers with the zoom feature to show details. Cons I find the process of completing the order complicated and unclear. Also the ability to build several orders at once and move between orders while working with a client saves time and helps keep our customers organized. Cons During show time sometimes can't print all sales orders due to overload of the system. It's necessary to select groups of orders to print instead of printing all at once. I like seeing the inventory availability. Cons There is nothing I don't like about it. It is easy to use, gives the information that I need and is quick to open and find the customer. Cons Can't think of anything off hand. At one point we opted to try a different ap . We were made a lot of promises that didn't happen. In the mean time Repzio kept developing new options. We were glad to return to Repzio. As a large manufacturer with fairly complex pricing structure, there was not a scalable solution with this software to integrate our ERP and handle our diverse customer base's needs. I also like the easy way to submit the order and email the customer copy. Cons I wish that you had a way to run a history (list) of the items the customer had ordered in the past, the date and quantity last ordered and the total quantity ordered.
