I guess its portable and quickly accessible?

Pros

It's pretty simple to figure out. The user interface is largely self explanatory. I'm typing more because I have to.

Cons

It's not available on any platform other than Mac, I'd prefer something I could also use on a PC or on the cloud. I don't like the way that it adds upcharges as an exposed line, I don't like that the software doesn't automatically update, but that I have to hit the gear icon to manually do it. I also have an issue finding accounts with the search function from time to time. I dislike the quote format, pictures aren't embedded. Hopefully the PDF option is better (haven't tried it yet).

We are able to deal with more customers in a timely and efficient manner. All our product information is readily available at your fingertips so you have the ability to share or present immediately

Pros

The ease of use; customers receive a copy of their order immediately and no missing paperwork. The payment information is encrypted and so no loss of financial information

Cons

Takes some time to set up new customers and they value their time particularly at trade shows where they are spending less time, and trying to accomplish more

Cons

There is nothing that we don't like, they keep on updating the application and always getting new interesting features.

Pros

It simplifies the ordering process. Easy to navigate and easy to use. I like how there can be pictures and adds together the totals. It also syncs to e-mail so you can easily e-mail customers.

Cons

Other people have trouble using it at first. It can still have mistakes and may sometimes not scan. It takes a while to upload certain items and may be faulty.

Pros

It's clean and simple to move forward and backwards without fear of losing shopping cart. The images pull in and out for careful review. The cart is easy to edit though-out the entire process. The description area is good.

Cons

As a user I don't have any real complaints..... I would let you know if I did. The description area while it is good could have either a drop down menu or more text.... but keep it clean and not cluttered.

Pros

The learning curve was minimal. The on-line tutorial is awesome. All of my companies products and customer base was easily loaded on to Rep Zico. Also, the icons are easy to remember and use while with customers.

Cons

I cannot think of many thin gs that are wrong with the software. The only adjustment that I could think of to make would be to add a feature where you would be able to make more notes beside items being ordered, rather than in Notes.

Saves time since the customer info is prefilled.

Pros

It's a simple easy to use ordering site. I like that it pictures the items when ordering and after it's submitted. I wish more companies would use it.

Cons

It doesn't show pictures of the items after they're entered. It is not Windows or Android compatible yet. The best system is one where it's just point and click like shopping on the internet. Having to punch in numbers is a little more time consuming.

Pros

Nice having most every sales tool I need in one convenient place. The ability to send tear sheets from my I-pad is a real plus when on the road. Also like how my various manufacturers utilize the same tools for easy of use.

Cons

None that really standout, but I wish adding side-marks to an order were a little faster though. I like how the usefulness keeps expanding.

Easy to use and see previous orders. Images are helpful as are the tags. Like the running total of each order

Cons

Which it had sales reports for each customer. Wish there were dimensions for items as well as grouped by collection

Cons

wish you could see the inventory when you search an item number, without having to click on the item.

I love that you can quickly create an order for a customer. This way I may also create a quote for someone who just want to see how much order would come out to...and with pictures.

Cons

I don't like that it takes a while at the beginning to update so sometimes I cannot go to an order fast enough while I have a customer on the phone.

RepZio has great functions and very visually appealing. It is easy to show customers the different products across multiple vendors with images, costs, MSRPs, and any promo pricing.

Cons

Sometimes hard to differentiate between catalogs. When a customer orders products from multiple vendors, there are extra steps that need to be taken to separate each vendor.

Relatively easy to learn and operate from the front and back end. Reps love the ease of use when working with customers

Cons

We have had more than a few instances where large image uploads don't work and we have to contact customer support to complete the upload. They are always helpful and resolve the problem quickly.

Pros

It's simple - the information I need is at my fingertips. Regardless if it is inventory levels, specials, customer history, or pictures & specs, it is all right there and I can write an order & generate an emailed copy for the Buyer.

Cons

I understand that what I always thought was a major short-coming has now been addressed, and that is to be able to generate quotations from the software. I have not yet used this feature, but plan to soon

Pros

Ease of use, and smart features. Everything I could wish for is part of the software already. Brilliant design.

Cons

I would like to see a way to replace existing images, that clearly identifies that the image has been replaced. When I choose an image, and upload a new one to replace it, the new image gets a check mark on the thumbnail, but the main image remains visible in the web admin interface. I always wonder if it actually changed anything.

Pros

I like having the images to be able to show customers and the easy way to add items to their cart. It is easy to add customers as well.

Cons

I definitely do not like not being able to enter someone's credit card information and have to call it in. It is also hard to start an order and then come back to it in order to add product. I have yet to figure this out. It takes you to the page to submit without an option to continue shopping/adding items.

Cons

I would love a map with all accounts in my territory without access to wifi. I often do not realise I missed an account

It is customer friendly and easy to use. While I have a customer on the phone, I can access their customer information right then and there.

Cons

Sometimes the inventory is not up to date. I wish we were able to change an order from the IPad after we've submitted it.

Pros

This software is extremely easy for my rep to use and also for my customers. Items are easy to add and pictures are easy to upload. I also like the quick edit of my products. Support has been extremely helpful.

Cons

As the administrator there are a few things I would like to see. I would like a single search button to find my products. I would also like to edit my item number and be able to quick edit the category.

It looked great but I never had a chance to get it set up as the company never followed up with me

Pros

The price seemed great Very simple to use the back end Quick loading and operating My friend couldn't stop talking about how good his experience was working with RepZio. We got on the phone with them at that moment to set up my first discussion to have Repzio be my replacement and improvement from my current offering.

Cons

The customer service from RepZio wasn't good at all. I contacted them multiple times and got no response calls. I literally wanted to sign up and get it going and they didn't even follow up with me. I spoke with my friend and he reached out to them. Still no follow up from them. So I moved on to another company that was interested in taking my money and have a service I was happy with.
