Cons The fact that it only updates the inventories once an hour...and you have to remember to log out, and back in, to get the update. Cons I wish the back office/customer reporting systems were better and more informative. Detailed customer reports would be great. Including best sellers not purchased by customer. When all the data is there is very visually aesthetic to use. Pros When it works correctly it looks great on the iPads that we use. Makes order taking at shows simple. Cons To change something simple as a price- not so simple. The training tutorials are also not very helpful. Viewed them all and my format is different and it did not answer my questions. When I push the data live from a good network connection, and check two ipads (ipads both on upgraded software for both apple and Repzio) and refreshed the data, items went missing on one and not the other. The tutorials are useful but as you stated, you should have a base understanding, which is what the training will provide. I can go from screen to screen quickly and logically. The image quality and amount of useful information available makes for powerful presentations. Cons Nothing comes readily to mind. You can have pricing from as many vendors as has the app. Cons If the vendors do not have someone assigned to this, then critical information can be left out. Cons I wish it had a mapping feature and sales reporting capabilities. A CRM integration or addition the the program would be fantastic. I am still always on the look out for a great mapping and CRM. Also very easy access/track orders once submitted. Cons Making changes to customer information (specifically shipping address) requires multiple steps/must be changed in several fields which makes it difficult for certain users. Updating categories and products can be difficult in certain instances ie :Once a product is no longer available, there's no way to "delete" it can only be moved to "discontinued". Cons two of us were using RepZio on two different iPads (2 different vendors) and could only put Rep name on order - no way for customer to identify what agency was sending order to customer! Many of our items could not be pulled up on RepZio - fault of the vendors entries? I had an issue with the binocular (search) , took a while for Repzio to fix. Other than that, no complaints. Ability to send cut sheets and copies of orders to customers. Cons Too difficult to jump from one manufacturer to another.
