Ci teniamo a precisare che la facilità di integrazione dipende dalla tecnologia della piattaforma e-commerce su cui Worldz viene installato ma, indipendentemente da questo aspetto, tutta l'integrazione tecnologica viene svolta dal nostro team, proprio per lasciare ogni cliente rilassato in modo che possa godere solo dei benefici. In merito a rallentamenti del sito, precisiamo che Worldz lavora in asincrono, non andando a inficiare in alcun modo sulla velocità del sito. Per ogni supporto tecnico in questo senso, il nostro team è sempre a disposizione per degli speed test o qualsiasi tipo di supporto. A presto!

Ciao Luigi, grazie per la tua recensione e per aver sottolineato alcuni pro che hai apprezzato della nostra tecnologia. In merito alla grandezza del nostro Overlay, come già anticipato in altre risposte qui su Capterra, stiamo lavorando a una versione del software più smart e ridotta. In termini di integrazione, Worldz è compatibile con tutte le piattaforme e-commerce quindi non è ben chiaro con quali "strategie già presenti" non si integri. Ci spiace che la tua esperienza possa esserti sembrata non bilanciata tra costi e risultati. Purtroppo da alcune verifiche ci risulta che il software sia stato davvero poco attivo sul tuo shop prima di essere disinstallato. Come ogni tecnologia, però, Worldz ha bisogno di essere attivo per un minimo di tempo utile a valutarne i risultati. Attualmente risulta tutt'ora inattivo quindi è poco probabile che i risultati possano controbilanciare i costi. A presto!

Abbiamo iniziato la nostra partnership con Worldz diversi anni fa, quando il loro plugin era uscito solo da poco tempo, e posso affermare che siamo cresciuti insieme.Da subito Worldz ha aiutato il nostro e-commerce ad aumentare il numero di ordini e la lead generation offrendo agli utenti solo un piccolo sconto come incentivo.Worldz a mio modo di vedere è un servizio irrinunciabile per qualsiasi e-commerce .

Pros

Aumento delle conversioni e del carrello medio.

Cons

A volte, soprattutto da mobile, il layer in sovrapposizione può ostacolare un po' la navigazione.

assolutamente ottima, come ottima l'assistenza che mi ha sempre fornito le risposte e le soluzioni che desideravo in tempi brevissimi

Pros

ho utilizzato dalla nascita del software e non ho mai avuto problemi, mi è risultato facile da utilizzare ed ha aumentato i miei utenti e le mie conversionei sull'ecommerce.

Cons

l'integrazione con shopify un pò macchinosa mi ha costretto ad uno stop and go del sistem

Riesco a dare valore ai miei social, aumentare le visite e le conversioni , Worldz tiene traccia di tutto e mi aiuta a capire tramite i dati messi a mia disposizione cosa succede, già dal primo giorno il software ha convertito in vendite il valore che attribuiva ai mie clienti social, sono rimasto contento.
