The staff at IPPBX are great! The software is great! The phone system is beyond! They are always easily available to help on days, nights and weekends.

Pros

IPPBX helps me to perform my job effectively and efficiently. I have worked in many different hospitals and none of their IT departments and software have even come close to matching IPPBX. IPPBX has fantastic support for all of the software and programs, including phones, computers, software programs and devices such as printers, faxes... I can not recommend them enough.

Cons

There is nothing not to like about IPPBX.

My overall experience with the IPPBX service has been excellent. Their system, which has many exciting futures, enables me to manage my staff in a sophisticated yet simple manner. and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to provide exceptional care and service to their valued clients.

Pros

I like how sophisticated and resourceful their system is while remaining very simple to use.

Cons

There is nothing about this system that I dislike.

I would say, having used it for under a year, that I find it to be super useful.

Pros

During covid, it has disconnected the world in a way it has never been disconnected before. Phones systems are no longer in office only as staff members are not in office only, and the ease of IPPBX for handling that very difficult issue is certainly worth it.

Cons

I have yet to find anything that sticks out.

IPPBX provides unbelievable products, software and support. Their friendly staff are always available to help 24/7. I would not recommend anyone else and most highly recommend them for all IT needs.
